I thought that this was one of the greatest shows. The parents of Charlie, Bailey, Julia, Claudia, and Owen died leaving Charlie to be in charge of the family. Sarah, played by Jennifer Love Hewitt, was Bailey's long time girlfriend.

2. Laura, Carl, Richie, and Steve

Answer: "Family Matters"

"Family Matters", which ran on TGIF for many years, was about a family living in Chicago. Their neighbor Steve Urkel was always coming into their house and causing problems. Richie was Laura's little cousin.

"ER" takes place out County General, a hospital in Chicago. The character of Mark Greene, played by Anthony Edwards, died because of a brain tumor.
