Leaving Krakow, Poland late in the evening, teams opened clues informing them that their next clue would be in India. After flying to New Delhi, teams had to take a taxi to the New Delhi Railway Station and then a 6:00am train to the city of Agra. Once there, teams found their cluebox waiting at Hathi Ghat on the Yamuna River.

There, one member of each team needed to partake in this leg's Road Block, a task requiring that they ride a bike to the river proper and, with a load of laundry, tie, clean, and lay out a set of traditional saris. Racers completing this task included Krista, Chris, Denise, Tanner, Joey, and Diana.

Answer: Tanner and Josh

Upon arriving at the Yamuna River, Tanner and Josh, who placed last in Leg 8 (at the end of their trip around Krakow) located this race's only Speed Bump task. Unlike in other seasons, where the Speed Bump was a separate task completed by both teammates, this season's 'extra' challenge involved needing to do the Road Block twice.

This meant that in addition to Tanner completing the Road Block, Josh had to do the same task when he was finished. When this was done, they could rejoin the race course as the teams headed to the Hanuman temple in Johri Bazaar for a traditional blessing.

Answer: 'Candy'

Heading to the Chhata Bazar on the Yamuna River for their Detour, teams picked between 'Cans' and 'Candy'. Justin and Diana and Kelsey and Joey went for 'Cans' for which they needed to load a cargo bike with one hundred twenty empty oil cans then deliver them to the New Taj Oil Company.

In 'Candy', the other four teams transformed white pumpkins into petha, a local confection, making ninety pounds of the candy. Once they brought two bundles of candy to a local store they could trade it for their next clue.

Answer: Kelsey and Joey

After finishing the Detour, teams still had the matter of their U-Turn to handle. For this, teams had to make their way to the Bijli Ghar Chauraha Roundabout and either use this race mechanic or move onward, claiming their last clue for the leg. Kelsey and Joey opted to use this U-Turn against Tanner and Josh, sending the already Speed Bumped team back onto the race course to complete 'Cans' once they'd already completed 'Candy'. Following this, they could return to the roundabout and get their clue.

Answer: Tanner and Josh

After their stop at the U-Turn board, teams were told to make their way to Mehtab Bagh, or the 'Moonlight Garden', resting across the river from the Taj Mahal. There, Justin and Diana made their way to the Pit Stop in first place once again, this time winning their fourth consecutive leg of the race (and their sixth altogether). For this, the couple won a trip for two to Honolulu, Hawaii courtesy of Travelocity.

After facing off against both a Speed Bump and a U-Turn, Tanner and Josh's fate was sealed.

They were last to arrive and subsequently eliminated in sixth place.

Answer: Balloons

Teams started their tenth leg of the race in the late afternoon, ripping open clues in the Moonlight Garden facing the Taj Mahal. For their first order of business they needed to travel by tuktuk to the Kachora Bazaar to locate the next clue box. This contained the Road Block for this leg of the race for which the selected team member needed to blow up balloons to fill a giant net.

They then had to attach their net to a bike and transport them across the Yamuna River to a wedding party planner to collect their next clue. Justin, Joey, Logan, Tiffany, and James Earl completed this task.

Answer: It was found before the Detour.

Finishing their Road Block task, teams were instructed to make their way to the Goyal Book Store in the nearby Shri Raj Complex. There, to teams' surprise, was a U-Turn board in which one team (who had not before) could U-Turn any other team and force them to complete BOTH sides of the upcoming Detour challenge.

In a typical leg of "The Amazing Race", the U-Turn is found after the Detour is completed, forcing the teams to get ahead to use it or get past it. In this case the U-Turned team, Logan and Chris (who were U-Turned by Justin and Diana), knew they would need to do both sides of the Detour before choosing where to start.

Once teams opened their clues at the Goyal Book Store they were given their Detour, a choice between two tasks themed around a local Hindu wedding. In 'Bring the Groom', teams had to deliver one of the key players to their own wedding. To do this, one team member needed to carry a large, metal, electric candelabra and the other had to push a crank generator on wheels, keeping the device illuminated as they travelled on foot to their next destination, the Shree Ramchandra Farm House. Kelsey and Joey, Tiffany and Krista, and Denise and James Earl completed this task.

Answer: A wedding

Teams choosing the 'Bring the Fun' Detour task instead had to do a different sort of heavy lifting by taking a large portable playground, rolling it through the busy streets of Agra, and delivering it to the same wedding party as the other Detour option. Once they convinced eight kids at the party to take a ride on the equipment they could receive their next clue. Justin and Diana and Logan and Chris chose this task with the latter later needing to return to complete the 'Bring the Groom' option.

Answer: Denise and James Earl

When teams finished their Detour task, there was little left to do but open their final clue for the leg and race on foot to the nearby Pit Stop at the Shree Ramchandra Farm House. Justin and Diana maintained their lead for the entirety of the leg, earning themselves $5,000 each for taking their fifth consecutive win and their seventh win overall.

This leg, Denise and James Earl were unable to pull themselves out of last place and despite the U-Turn hindering Logan and Chris, they landed on the mat to face elimination.
