Margaret the Slitheen got her comeuppance finally in the episode "Boom Town", when she looked into the Tardis' heart and regressed to the form of an egg. The Doctor said it was a new chance for her. Margaret was splendidly played by Annette Badland, whom you may remember as Shine in "Archer's Goon".
