So Todd is the right possibility as he doesn't appear during this episode.

Teyla scrambles up a steep forest hill with little difficulty but Jennifer, less fit and weighed down by her backpack, struggles as she attempts to climb it. Partway up, she loses her footing and falls backwards, rolling over as she tumbles back down to the bottom. She clutches at her right ankle in pain.

Teyla: "Are you all right?"

Jennifer: "I twisted my ankle."

Teyla: "We have to keep moving."

Jennifer: "Just hang on a sec."

She feels her ankle carefully.

Teyla: "Is it broken?"

Jennifer: "No, I don't think so. It's probably just sprained."

Answer: He possesses a highly evolved genetic traits like those of the Ancients.

They meet Davos in "The Seer" and bring him to Atlantis.
Samantha walks in and goes over to Jennifer who is sitting at a computer. She glances over to Davos who is in bed with Linara standing at his side.

Samantha: "How's he doing?"

Jennifer: "Uh, not good. He went into convulsions a while ago. I gave him a sedative. Truth is, we got him here too late. All I can do right now is alleviate his symptoms but whether or not he survives ... it's out of my hands."

Samantha nods. Jennifer turns to her screen.

Jennifer: "This is what I wanted you to see. This is the result of his brain scan. He's showing abnormally high synaptic activity. It's similar to what happened to Doctor McKay when he encountered that ascension device, only not as extreme - and in his case it's not advancing. Presumably he's been like that his whole life."

Answer: Blasting the door with an exploding oxygen tank

It is John who crawls out a window in Rodney's lab.
Samantha and Radek try to open their door themselves but they are not successful and have to wait.
Rodney and Katie have to wait in a botany lab, because they have neither the windows nor a possibility to blast a hole in the door.
Jennifer and Ronon take inspiration from the film "Jaws" in which Sheriff Brody uses a oxygen tank too.

Jennifer confesses it to Ronon when they are stuck in the infirmary.

Jennifer: "It's the story of my life."

She pauses for a while, then continues.

Jennifer: "Growing up, I skipped through grades and graduated at fifteen. Got my Bachelor's Degree before I was even old enough to vote. I missed out on a lot of things - any kind of social event, you know, parties and dances."

She smiles ruefully.

Jennifer: "I don't ever remember a time in my life where I belonged."

Jennifer and Sam are making knots on the rope and Jennifer wants to ease the situation.

Jennifer: "Oh, here's a better one we can play: Brad Pitt or George Clooney? If you had to choose?"

Samantha looks thoughtful.

Samantha: "Mmm, Clooney, I guess."

Jennifer: "Pitt, all the way. OK, you go. C'mon, it's easy. Any two guys I would know."

Samantha: "OK."

She thinks for a moment.

Samantha: "Uh, Brian Greene or Neil deGrasse Tyson?"

Jennifer stares at her blankly.

Samantha: "They're physicists."

Jennifer (vaguely): "Uh-huh."

Samantha: "They're on TV. I picked ones you should know."

Jennifer (picking one at random): "Uh, Brian Greene, I guess."

Samantha grimaces.

Samantha: "Oh! Tyson, all the way!"

Rodney: "Are you talking about Neil deGrasse Tyson? He once stole an idea from me. Did I tell you that story?"

Samantha: "Only about a dozen times, McKay."

Jennifer: "We're playing 'Who Would You Rather ...?' Wanna join us?"

Rodney: "Uh, 'Would You ...'? Sorry, I don't get it."

Jennifer: "Well, if you had to choose who to fool around with, would it be ... (she thinks for a moment) ... Robert Redford or Paul Newman?"

Rodney (frowning): "Uh, neither."

Answer: She reminds him that she won a bar bet and he owes it to her.

This dialogue always makes me laugh:

Jennifer: "You owe me a beer from the bar trick thing earlier. You couldn't figure it out, so ..."

Rodney: "Well, there was no time! I would have figured it out!"

Jennifer: "Yeah, well, eventually chimps would have been able to figure it out, but the thing is, you didn't, so I win, and you owe me a beer."

Rodney: "I don't remember ever agreeing to the beer!"

Jennifer: "McKay."

Rodney: "What?"

Jennifer: "D'you wanna have a drink with me or not?"

Rodney stares at her in surprise.

Rodney: "What - you wanna have a drink?"

Jennifer looks at him, smiling.

Jennifer: "You're not very good at this, are you?"

Rodney: "Uh, no. No, I'm not."

She laughs.

Jennifer: "C'mon."

They hop down off the bed and leave the room.

Answer: The man is Nabel Golan whom she met on New Athos.

The Stargate is open and Sam is standing awaiting the arrival of the team. Jennifer and a medical team wheel in a gurney.

Jennifer: "What is it?"

Samantha: "Colonel Sheppard's team's coming back. They've got injuries."

...

Carson (to Jennifer): "G.O.C's six; respiration sixteen; pulse one-fifty; blood pressure seventy over fifty. I applied pressure bandages at the scene."

Nodding, Jennifer looks down at the man who has a bandage wrapped around his head, half covering his eyes. She peels back the bandage a little with the intention of looking into his eyes but then steps back in surprise.

Carson: "What is it?"

Jennifer: "I know this man. His name's Nabel. When Teyla and I went to New Athos, he was there. He tried to kill us!"

Answer: Rodney McKay

From "The Shrine":

Sitting in front of the video camera, Rodney looks up at Jennifer.

Rodney: "Jennifer, there's something I wanted to, um ... while I remember, while I still can; there's something I wanted to say before, um ..."

Jennifer: "Go ahead."

Rodney: "I ... I ... I love you."

In a private area of the Infirmary, Jennifer is watching the playback of the recording, smiling.

RODNEY: "I've loved you for some time now."

Rodney: "Oh, I don't know what I would have done if I'd lost you."

She looks into his eyes.

Jennifer: "I love you."

His eyes widen in amazement.

Jennifer: "I have for some time now. Just wanted you to know."
