Wario is a fighter and can't generate shock waves.
The POW Block generates shock waves, but it is an item, not an enemy.

Ganondorf's side B, when performed with no ground below, takes opponents straight down - but Ganondorf goes with them.

Kirby can inhale other fighters and walk off of a cliff with them.
Jigglypuff has no moves akin to these.
