Clamperl evolves into the WATER type Pokemon, Huntail, through trading while it is holding a Deep Sea Scale. It can evolve into Gorebyss when you trade it while it is holding a Deep Sea Scale.

Answer: Triples damage of critical hit moves

Sniper is a very useful ability when your Pokemon knows moves that have a high critical hit ratio. Lots more Pokemon can have the Sniper ability through the Dream World, like Beedrill, Spearow, and Fearow.
