The Lepotitsa is a bioweapon created by Derek Simmons and Neo-Umbrella to disperse aerosolized C-Virus to people in the creature's immediate vicinity, causing them to transform into normal zombies in short order. This foe is only ever encountered in Leon's campaign, once in Tall Oaks in the second chapter, appearing from under the altar in the cathedral, and once more when he and Helena are on the plane to Lanshiang (where it transforms the other passengers).

Part of Helena's motivation throughout her campaign with Leon is to locate her sister beneath Tall Oaks Cathedral and rescue her from captivity. The problem, however, is that by the time they locate her in the subterranean labs beneath the city, she'll transform into a Chrysalid and mutate, becoming a boss to be fought throughout the mine tunnels.

The fight will end with Helena having to drop her sister over the side of a cliff, at which point she's never seen again.

Answer: Leon

Leon and Helena encounter this creature on their way out of the tunnels beneath Tall Oaks Cathedral (well past the labs hidden there, and after they find Helena's sister). Keeping to itself in the flooded tunnels, Brzak almost behaves like a shark, appearing to go after prey when it splashes around in the water.

There's no real way to shoot this thing to death, but as the creature grabs onto the heroes during its fight, they'll be able to kill it with a convenient, flammable barrel just at the right moment. Brzak doesn't appear in any other campaigns.

Answer: True

Not unlike the Regenerator found in "Resident Evil 4", the Rasklapanje can't be killed with conventional weapons-- at least not in any easy way. In all four campaigns of "Resident Evil 6", you'll come across the Rasklapanje, often in parts of the map that have narrow spaces to move around and collect items to progress.

The catch is that you can hinder these creatures, but damaging them will cause them to split apart into more nuisances that will get in the way and attack (while they try to re-form). Best case scenario, you get in, get what you need, and get out before they can pursue.

Answer: Carla Radames

Found in Leon's Story, Derek Simmons is responsible not only for infecting the President, but for contributing to the destruction of Tall Oaks. Leon and Helena will come across him again when they fly into Lanshiang, watching as he's transformed with a vial of C-Virus, doing battle with him on an inter-city train, and facing off against him at the top of a skyscraper at the end of the campaign, ultimately sending him plunging down onto a large, stone obelisk before taking off in an escape helicopter.

Answer: J'avo

While general Zombies, which still result from the inhalation of aerosolized C-Virus vapours, are your mindless, shambling dead, still hungry for human flesh, the J'avo are the ones to look out for more carefully as they pack a punch. Over the years, they're the natural evolution of (Neo-)Umbrella's research efforts, a human BOW with the mental capacity to fire weapons or work with orders. Additionally, many J'avo have the ability to adapt to damage, forming in response to trauma inflicted on the head or any appendages.

A regular J'avo can, as such, transform into one of fifteen variants and keep going.

Answer: Helicopter

Seen in both Chris and Jake's campaigns, Ogroman is one of the larger foes encountered in the game. Developed by Neo-Umbrella with the purpose of having massive size and damage capabilities, the Ogroman is transported and controlled via a protrusion on its back (in the case of their appearances in Edonia, they're brought in via a line dangling from a helicopter). To beat these creatures, one needs to weaken them enough to hop onto their back and do massive damage by tugging out their tentacles.

When killed, they'll dissipate into a large puddle of toxic goo. The first couple of these, in both campaigns, are fought in front of the city hall building (during the anti-aircraft gun segment) while one more is fought by Chris and Piers, from a distance, on the aircraft carrier in China (in Chapter 4 of Chris' campaign).

Answer: Napad

In the end of Chapter 2 of Chris' campaign, Chris and Piers will appear to be double-crossed by a civilian hiding out in a city hall in Edonia. The woman, claiming to be Ada Wong, will turn out to be an agent of Neo-Umbrella, but that's only revealed after she starts unveiling some of her more relentless creations. One of these is the Napad, which she manages to transform explosives expert Finn Macauley into before Chris and Piers can escape the building. Napads are heavily armoured B.O.W.s that can only be defeated if their outer shell is broken away, revealing a tough interior that will eventually give way to fell the enemy. Napads only appear in Chris' missions, generally, though they also appear a couple times in Ada's story.

Answer: Projectiles

Though the Napad primarily appears in Chris' story, the Strelat appears in all campaigns except for Leon's; it's see in Edonia when playing Chris and in Lanshiang when playing Jake and Ada. The Strelat is more adaptable for ranged combat, able to shoot dangerous spines at its opponents and then leap in to attack with its claws. Strelats are a natural evolution of the J'avo, created when a J'avo is killed, turned into a Chrysalid, and evolved again to sustain itself in the face of damages.

Answer: Chris' story

In the same way that Brzak is only see in Leon's third chapter, the Iluzija is exclusive to Chris', appearing when he and the remainder of his BSAA squad reach the tenement houses of Lanshiang. This snake-like creature has all the fortuitous powers given to it by the C-Virus on top of being capable of camouflaging, becoming nearly invisible when stalking prey. Chris and Piers (and Carlo) will be able to take it out through the use of severe firepower...and electricity... provided they make it out alive.

Answer: Bugs

Seen for the first time towards the end of Chris' third chapter, the Gnezdo is the result that occurs when Carla Radames (posing as Ada Wong) injects Carlo with the C-Virus, transforming him into a Chrysalid that opens to reveal a swarm of insects. As a group, the insects are unstoppable but with enough firepower they'll reveal one large bug, the queen of the group, that can be killed to put the swarm to an end. Chris encounters these twice in his campaign as does Ada in hers.

Answer: Under the sea

Although it's seen by many of the characters, HAOS is only faced off against in Chris' story as its final boss. After Chris and Piers save Jake and Sherry in Neo-Umbrella's offshore research lab, they'll inadvertently end up going head-to-head against HAOS, a B.O.W. created as a Plan D for Carla Radames who, in the event her other apocalyptic plans fall by the wayside, could get 100% infection around the globe unleashing this C-Virus-afflicted beast.

After a chase around HAOS' containment chamber, Chris and Piers will face the being several times with Piers ultimately sacrificing his life to save Redfield and send him to the surface.

Answer: Oko

The Ustanak shows up in Jake's Story primarily but he'll also be fought, briefly, when Leon and Helena find the pair in Lanshiang (in Chapter 4). This C-Virus creation, inevitably determined to have been created by Carla Radames, is out to get Jake specifically, destroying pretty much anything in its path with a massive arm of drills and brute strength.

As Jake and Sherry escape an avalanche and enter a cave system in Chapter 2 of Jake's campaign, Ustanak will use C-Virus infected bugs known as Oko to alert him if they're seen in the mining labyrinth.

They are not seen elsewhere in the game.

Answer: Chainsaw

Encountered in Jake and Ada's stories, the Ubistvo is one of the weirder C-Virus foes faced in the game because its right arm will act as an actual chainsaw, something unnatural it's either fused with or evolved to become. Just like in "Resident Evil 4" (with the Ganados) and "Resident Evil 5" (with the Chainsaw Majini), your best course of action is to keep a distance from its weaponry.

It'll take Jake, Sherry, and Ada their combined efforts to kill this beast altogether as they'll have to nudge it into some spinning helicopter blades to take it down and keep it from returning.

Answer: An ooze-like consistency

Though Carla was originally cloned into Ada Wong's body through use of the C-Virus and its capability to Chrysalid victims and recreate them, she used even more to empower herself in her rage-filled plans to defeat Ada. Nearly dying on the aircraft carrier off of Lanshiang's coast, she re-Chrysalid's and morphs into a white ooze that manages to flow through the corridors of the ship, blocking off Ada's only escape passage with her own face. If Ada can provide enough firepower to shoot through and blast her with hidden tanks of liquid nitrogen, it'll be enough to shatter her hopes and her new form.
