Answer: Drinking at a bar

After one of the most traumatic missions in Chris' life, he's found by BSAA Alpha Team member Piers Nivans, drinking his sorrows away alone. Having searched for him for six months, Piers and others from the BSAA don't take no for an answer, reclaiming him as Captain before whisking him off on a new mission in Waiyip, China.

The BSAA descends in and heads, fully-armed, to the site of a bioterrorism attack where (unsurprising to Chris, the dead appear to be healing themselves. It's not unlike what his forces faced in Edonia... but something seems to be worse.

Answer: Cocoons

As Chris and his squadron pass through Waiyip the undead appear to be transforming into something much worse and much more inhuman-- the J'avo-- and as they use their weapons on them, their bodies reform to become more dangerous. Nonetheless, Chris and Piers make their way into the tenements to commence civilian extraction. BRAVO Team arrives on the scene and helps Chris and Piers remove the civilians before a bombing is executed, but it results in the revelation of a much more frightening thing-- cocoons from which humanoid creatures emerged.

It brings Chris' mind right back to Europe.

Answer: Ogroman

Recalling Christmas Eve 2012 in Edonia, Eastern Europe, Chris flashes back to the memories he'd gone out of his way to bury. It was the BSAA Alpha Team's first time encountering the new BOWs created by Neo-Umbrella, and though he vowed to keep everyone alive, it was a fateful trip. Facing off against building-sized BOWs called Ogromen, Chris and his team crossed the city streets and the train yard in search of civilians, eventually crossing the bridge to City Hall, but not before battling waves of well-armed J'avo forming before their very eyes. Before the get there, however, they encounter fellow BSAA agent Sherry Birkin and mercenary Jake Muller and work together to destroy the anti-aircraft guns blocking their escapes.

Answer: Finn

Sherry and Jake hitched a ride out of Edonia on an evacuation chopper while Chris and company headed to City Hall and found a building full of cocooned people sealed away while having tried to escape. Chris, Piers, and Finn Macauley split off and head deeper into the building, locating alleged prisoner Ada Wong who explains the C-Virus and Neo-Umbrella's involvement in the current circumstances, supporting the guerrillas.

It's shortly after Ada is found that the cocoons start opening, leading Chris and the others to fight against some of the strongest hybrid creatures yet. Finn is placed in charge of keeping Ada safe, but when she goes missing in a maze beneath the building, he and the others are quickly transformed into Napads with C-Virus injections. Ada, to blame, escapes while Piers pulls Chris out of harm's way and they escape intact.

Answer: Camouflage

Back in China, Chris remembers everything and immediately asks Piers about what happened to Ada Wong. When Piers reveals that she's in Waiyip, their current location, to lead Neo-Umbrella, Chris realizes their new objective. Unfortunately, he and the other BSAA members are intercepted by a giant snake creature with the ability to camouflage with its surroundings. It leads to the group trying to save their men as they navigate a tenement structure.

Eventually, Chris and the others reach a construction pit to find Jake and Sherry both still alive having gone missing six months ago in Edonia. Chris must once again protect the pair, this time as J'avo-flown helicopters swoop in (though it's nothing a Grenade Launcher can't help). The fight leads the BSAA members, now down to three units, into the tenements once again where Chris, Piers, and Marco, will encounter Ada again at last.

Answer: Ada

Ada will reappear-- as always, at the worst time-- and she'll jab Marco with the C-Virus forcing him and Piers to put an end to him. This pushes Chris over the edge, blinding him with vengeance; it's something Piers is very candid with him about as they head south across the harbour in pursuit.

Eventually, after fighting through a floating restaurant and across the waterways, Chris and Piers will reach the Vinci Medical Research Centre at the same time as Leon and Helena, both of them cornering Ada but facing off. While Leon seeks Ada for help and answers, Chris knows Ada's role in Neo-Umbrella. Leon's intervention will allow her to get away, and while Leon will pursue Sherry and go after Derek Simmons, Chris will vow to catch Ada.

Chris recognizes, as he departs with Piers, that he's trying to atone for his past. As they grab an armored vehicle and pursue Ada across the city, they'll drive straight onto an aircraft carrier in the harbour moments before it embarks. There's no where to go but along with it.

Answer: Missile

After crashing onto the aircraft carrier, Chris and Piers wake up and engage in their next fight almost immediately, taking on snipers and armed J'avo in the loading bay and coming face-to-face with an explosive, new form of the C-Virus-infected soldiers. Their goal is to get through the loading bay, and that means using a missile to blast a hole through the other side to chase after Ada. When they do, they'll overhear her plans; not only is she planning to infect someone the same way they infected her, but she plans on sending the C-Virus throughout the world.

As Chris and Piers make their way to the upper hull in pursuit of Ada, they'll come across her but find something odd as the Ada they've located seems to be dressed differently. They'll eventually reach her outside the ship and confront her with Chris, in particular, calling out that he's wanted her dead since Edonia; it's not vengeance to him, but justice. Unfortunately, Ada is shot by a gunner in a helicopter as it flies by and she plummets to her death off the deck of the carrier. All she leaves behind is a briefcase containing a single vial of a unique C-Virus strain. Two are missing.

Answer: True

Before she dies, Ada lets Chris and Piers know that the aircraft carrier is preparing for launch and the dead will flood the streets. With her plan in full swing, they'll be experiencing Raccoon City revisited, but this time it's the whole world under threat of Neo-Umbrella's viruses. Tatchi becomes compromised and it comes time for Chris and Piers to escape and make any attempt to stop the missiles from launching, and for that they need to get through the ship, fight off regenerating monsters, and get to the rear hangar to collect a jet.

After taking to the air and taking out all the anti-aircraft guns and choppers bearing missiles as they move into action, Piers will drop to the deck and, in under four minutes, get through to the largest of the missiles before it sends the virus off. He and Chris will fire off at an Ogromon left to wreak havoc on the carrier and bring it down, but unfortunately it won't stop a single missile from shooting off to Tatchi, causing the infection that Leon and Helena will be in the midst of. Chris will patch through to Leon to let him know the danger (and that Ada is dead), but he and Piers will fly off to sea to pursue Jake and Sherry.

Answer: Beneath the sea

Chris and Piers will fly out into Chinese waters to the specified research facility and descend into the secret submarine lab below the surface before Chris realizes the irony of the fact that he's there to save the son of the man he killed in Africa. It's been three years since that trip, he says, and he lets Piers know that when this mission is over, he wants to turn in his gun. He would be honoured if Piers took his role in the BSAA.

The pair head immediately into the labs to find Jake and Sherry held captive and after releasing them remotely, they proceed through the chambers to face off against Ada's J'avo mercenaries, many left there with the BSAA in mind. Eventually, they'll reunite with the other pair and while Jake will be angry to once again meet the man who killed his father, he'll realize there are bigger fish to fry. Of particular note is the massive cocoon, known by the codename HAOS, waiting in the lab. If it gets out, it will undeniably infect the world. Unfortunately, as they head up and out of the chamber, that cocoon will split open.

Answer: Piers

While Jake and Sherry will split off once again from Chris and Piers, the latter pair will rush up and out of HAOS' chamber in the chase from hell, taking them up and out through the flooding chambers of the facility. As they make their way through the tunnels and blast doors, Piers will be pinned by the creature and his arm will be destroyed, forcing him to tear himself free to save Chris, and the only way he can do that is by using the C-Virus syringe he nabbed from Ada's briefcase on the aircraft carrier.

Piers, infected by the virus, quickly transforms, growing a J'avo-powered arm with electrical capabilities. It's with that and Chris' firepower that they're able to fight HAOS two-on-one, allowing the duo to force their way through to the facility's escape pods where Piers, at the last moment, forces Chris to leave alone to contain the infection. In the last moment, as Chris' pod heads to the surface, Piers is able to send out an electrical bolt to destroy HAOS, heading to Chris in one last hail Mary pursuit.

When Chris finally surfaces in the sea off the Chinese coast, a helicopter flies in to retrieve him.

Some time later, Chris enjoys a meal, alone, as he receives new orders. Remaining a member of the BSAA, he heads on his next mission.
