While earlier games have featured Medallions and BSAA Emblems, "Resident Evil 6" uses the ornate, silver Serpent Emblems as its unlockable find, allowing the player to put them towards figurines viewable from the menu screen. Each story features twenty emblems (for a total of eighty in the game) and while most of these are obtainable in single-player, some require two-player interaction. By this, it's meant that there are some emblems that the secondary player is privy to (Helena, Piers, and Sherry).
2. To unlock the passage behind the altar in Tall Oaks Cathedral, Leon and Helena need to locate four statuettes of which figure?

Answer: The Madonna

Reaching Tall Oaks Cathedral in Chapter 2 of Leon's Story, there's nowhere to go but downwards, especially as zombies start attacking the building not only from the outside, but from the inside. Leon and Helena need to find four Madonna statuettes-- the Madonna of Happiness, the Madonna of Charity, the Madonna of Sorrow, and the Madonna of Grief-- to unlock the passageway behind the altar. Happiness is amongst the other statuettes in the main room, Charity is in a chest, Sorrow is at the end of a puzzle, and Grief is in the bell tower. Once unlocked, the passage beneath will be opened...along with the Lepotitsa inside.

The Simmons Family Ring is an interesting item because it appears in different spots in two campaigns. In Leon's, it's used to gain entry to a portion of the lab/catacombs beneath Tall Oaks (in Chapter 3) while in Ada's, it's collected from a chest and used in a similar manner. Ada will effectively hand it off to Leon to use at the relevant moment. Once used by each, it's not used again, especially since Tall Oaks is destroyed to contain the infection spread.

As Chris and Piers navigate through the tenement houses of Lanshiang in Chapter 3 of Chris' Story, their comrade, Marco, will be brought down by the woman posing as Ada Wong. Taking a full dose of the C-Virus he'll turn into a Chrysalid and then emerge as a new foe-- the Gnezdo-- before Chris and Piers can put him to rest entirely.

If all three can be found and input into the system, they can proceed and catch up to Carla as she heads to the upper decks.

At the end of the first chapter in Jake's Story, Jake and Sherry will be tossed from their escape plane and hurtle towards the mountains where, after crash landing, Sherry will discover she's lost all of the data she sought out Jake to collect. What it means is that they need to navigate the snowstorm and the cliffsides to find three missing FOS Memory devices containing Jake's blood analysis and genome. With those, they have a chance of creating a cure for the C-Virus.

Answer: Bear Commander

In the third chapter of Jake's story, you'll need to make your way through a labyrinthine research facility and detention center with the intent to locate a new rendezvous point after six months of captivity. Part of this will involve making your way through a J'avo infested building adorned with luxurious Chinese rooms hunting down ID Medallions shaped like betting chips. No matter what you need to find ten of these to gain access to a comms room to progress, but if you obtain all sixteen, you'll unlock the Bear Commander, an automatic weapon that can also fire high-powered explosives.
8. When Ada Wong visits Tall Oaks in the second chapter of her story, she requires a number of items to solve the puzzles beneath the crypts. To complete a skull, she requires a Gold Tooth and which other item?

Answer: Red Eye

The first half of Ada's second chapter is a grind through puzzle after puzzle overseen by what appears to be weaker zombie types, all with the aim to collect three pieces of the Simmons Family Crest and enter his crypt. In addition to finding these pieces, Ada will collect an Amber Key and a Family Ring and, at a point where she needs to choose between two path options, a Red Eye and a Gold Tooth worn by red cowled foes. Almost all of these items will be left behind; Ada will give the ring to Leon while they're dealing with Deborah as he'll need it later on.
9. Green and Red Herbs are converted into which of these to be ingested?

Answer: Tablets

Unlike in previous games in the series in which characters consume and combine Herbs into mixtures to consume for health, all players in "Resident Evil 6" have to load their health into Tablets which can be consumed to top off a segmented health meter, giving a much clearer idea of health loss than the series' first games. Green and Red Herbs still exist and can be picked up and combined in the inventory, but they combine into Tablets you can dispense when you need to, at your convenience.
10. Skill Points can be collected throughout the campaigns, usually by picking up which of these?

Answer: Chess pieces

Unlike earlier games in the series, "Resident Evil 6" has a system in which you can level up (though not on a character-by-character basis). Using Skill Points obtained through pick-ups, you can upgrade yourself between chapters, taking on three traits that can be levelled up to improve your attack capabilities, defences, and general abilities (like aim and stamina).

In-game, most of these drops appear as differently-sized chess pieces with the stronger pieces being larger and worth more. General enemies typically drop pawns while tougher foes and hidden chests will spawn bigger pieces.
