Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The Sepulcher is the main outpost found in Silverpine Forest. Does it contain a flight path?

Answer: Yes

The Sepulcher is a rather grim town, home to a set of graves and a crypt full of trainers and traders. The single flight path here, the only one to be seen in Silverpine Forest, can travel back and forth between Tarren Mill and Orgrimmar, and then onward through the rest of the Eastern Kingdom. Nestled in the mountains along the western coast near the Great Sea, The Sepulcher is the hub for all quests in Silverpine for players from level 10 through to 23.

The Sepulcher does not contain any profession/class-specific trainers due to the area's proximity to The Undercity.
2. The Skittering Dark is home to which of these?

Answer: Spiders

Located in the mountains in the northern end of Silverpine Forest (bordering Tirisfal Glades), The Skittering Dark is a mineshaft teeming with spiders. While this rather small area doesn't contain a fair amount of quest objectives, many will travel to this cavern in order to take a shot at the rare boss, Krethis Shadowspinner.
The local spiders will drop a quest item occasionally. Skittering Blood can be used in the 'Recipe for Death' quest given by the apothecary in The Sepulcher for lower-level players.
3. What can be found in the water at North Tide's Run?

Answer: A shipwreck

North Tide's Run is the coastline found along the northwestern portion of Silverpine Forest and the shipwreck found along the shore here is home to a quest particular to the Druid class allowing players to obtain the skill known as Aquatic Form (which turns one into a sea lion). One Glyph can be found in order to increase the swim speed found with this skill.
Excluding the class quests specific to this form, there is little to do in North Tide's Run excluding exploration. Other players would find it best to head north to The Skittering Dark for more activity.
4. Fenris Isle is found in which lake?

Answer: Lordamere Lake

A large, crescent-shaped island in the middle of Lordamere Lake, Fenris Isle is a Scourge-infested fortress containing some of the higher-level quests for the region, many of which begin in The Sepulcher. Lordamere Lake itself is shared by Alterac Mountains to the east, further past Fenris Isle. On the western shore of Lake Lordamere, players can explore the Shining Strand and the Decrepit Ferry. Both of these areas are typically filled with Murlocs and dead things, and they can be easily reached by heading along the main path through Silverpine and simply turning off to the east north of the Sepulcher.
5. Ambermill contains Dalaran Wizards.

Answer: True

Dalaran Crater can be found on the opposite side of the eastern forests, so seeing Dalaran Wizards in Ambermill isn't too out-of-place. A short quest chain beginning in The Sepulcher given to you by Shadow Priest Allister will inevitably take you deep into the village of Ambermill to kill the town's Archmage, Ataeric, to claim his staff.

This final quest, known as 'The Weaver', will result in a reward of either a staff or a piece of armor. Archmage Ataeric is an ice-based mage.
6. Beren's Peril contains which geological setting?

Answer: A cave

Found in the south-east corner of Silverpine Forest, Beren's Peril can be approached on a path from Ambermill to the north and from the main path turning to the east towards the border. The cave of Beren's Peril contains a large number of Ravenclaw Guardians and Drudgers, both of which are level 20(-ish) skeleton guards. Similarly, a mage boss on Fenris Island to the north is also named Thule Ravenclaw.
Beren's Peril is surrounded by a number of Dalaran enemies of a similar level.
7. From The Sepulcher, in which compass direction can you find Greymane Wall?

Answer: South

Greymane Wall is found south of even Pyrewood Village in the far southwest end. Although many of the characters and enemies around here are lower-leveled, the only use of this location is for a small interaction needed to open up a raid instance for level 60+ players (Gates of Ahn'Qiraj in Silithus).

Other than this, the area has very little discernible use. Up until "Wrath of the Lich King's" release, the area can not be entered and there is nothing there to visit.
8. Pyrewood Village is of which faction?

Answer: Alliance

One of the few Alliance-friendly locations in this Horde area, Pyrewood Village is an enclosed town filled with different under-level-20 humans. Although they act friendly during the day, these people will turn into horrible, unfriendly creatures during the night, attacking all factions who enter their town despite being Alliance or Horde.

Although the concentrated number of enemy units in this area may be difficult to manage for lower-leveled players, a group of adventurers should be able to take them on fairly easily.
9. Which zone borders Silverpine Forest to the south?

Answer: Hillsbrad Foothills

Hillsbrad Foothills is found if you continue south down the major path through Silverpine Forest. This area is a progressive zone which allows players starting in Tirisfal Glades to continue leveling at a steady pace through Silverpine and onwards. With a level range of 20-30, it's a natural choice through which to continue for Horde players, but unlike Silverpine Forest, it's a neutral zone, meaning that both Alliance and Horde players can find activities to do in it. Tarren Mill in the north of Hillsbrad acts as the Horde town while the larger Southshore is an Alliance area. Silverpine Forest also borders the Undead starting area, Tirisfal Glades, in the north as well as the more difficult Alterac Mountains to the northeast.
10. Shadowfang Keep's final boss is which of these?

Answer: Archmage Arugal

Although all of these four enemies appear as the final four bosses in Shadowfang Keep, only Archmage Arugal is the one to hold the title of 'final boss'. Shadowfang Keep is found slightly north of Pyrewood Village in the south end of Silverpine Forest.

This large fortress in the middle of the hills by the seaside is filled to the brim with werewolf-like enemies known as Worgen. Inevitably, when players reach Archmage Arugal at the end, he will fight in a room in which he can teleport from platform to platform making the battle even more difficult. Nonetheless, because the instance is meant for players from level 20 and up, it's fairly easy to win. Archmage Argual himself is slightly over level 20.

When he is defeated, most players will find themselves at the end of the instance though Arugal will appear again for "Wrath of the Lich King" in the Grizzly Hills.
