Answer: Melinda McGraw
McGraw was the one who played Jim Gordon's wife, Barbara Gordon, in "The Dark Knight". It should be noted that Barbara Gordon was Gordon's wife in the comic books but in the "Batman" TV series from the 1960s, she was actually Gordon's daughter. We did not see much of Gordon in this film and she was a relatively minor character. We first saw her when a couple police officers informed her that Jim had "died". The next time we saw her was upon Jim coming back from the dead and returning home to Barbara and his son, James Gordon, Jr. The final scene that involved Barbara was near the end when she arrived at the site where Rachel died, per Detective Ramirez's call (see the interesting info section for question two), and Harvey Dent held her and both her children at gunpoint. Dent never harmed Barbara and she remained alive at the end of the movie. McGraw, born in Cypris, has credits spanning many television shows, including guest stints on "The West Wing", "Bones", and "Desperate Housewives", as well as several films, like "The Nutty Professor II: The Klumps", "Wrongfully Accused", and "Albino Alligator".
