And we're out, down by the water singing our songs
My darling the loving sun's going down."
2. It is fitting that which group sings "Down Under"?

Answer: Men at Work

Men at Work was an Australian 80s rock band. The band formed in Melbourne in 1978 (but they are mainly associated with the 80s).

In 1983, they won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist. They were together until 1986. They have had reunions occasionally since the breakup.

On a hippie trail, head full of zombie."

"Down Under" was written by band members, and co-founders, Colin Hay and Ron Strykert. The song topped the charts in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.
3. According to Creedence Clearwater Revival, "Willy picks a tune out" from where?

Answer: Down on the Corner

Creedence Clearwater Revival (also known as CCR) was an American rock band formed in 1959, under the name The Blue Velvets. Fantasy Records' co-owner renamed the band The Golliwogs in 1964, following the release of the band's first record, and that name stuck for three years. In 1967, Saul Zaentz bought Fantasy Records; he allowed the band to record their next record and they were able to choose their own name. The band hated the name The Golliwogs and chose Creedence Clearwater Revival, which became their name officially in 1968.

The name comes from three different places. Creedence came from Tom Fogerty's friend whose last name was Credence but was changed to Creedence, like the word "Creed" for "belief in something". Then the word Clearwater was taken from a beer commercial back then for the Olympia Brewing Company. Lastly, the word Revival for the four band members who had a renewed commitment to this band.

"Down on the Corner" was written by band member John Fogerty. Fogerty said he was inspired by an ad he saw. The song reached number three on the Billboard charts in America. It has also achieved double platinum in sales.
4. Jake Owens sang in 2018, "I might not make history, but I go down to the __________" what?

Answer: Honkytonk

A honkytonk is a bar that plays mainly country music.

Joshua Ryan "Jake" Owens was born on August 28, 1981, in Winter Haven, Florida, USA. He was hoping to become a professional golfer and was a good athlete, but he was injured while wakeboarding. While recovering from surgery, he taught himself to play the guitar. He then started playing gigs on camps at Florida State University.

When he moved to Nashville, there were already country singers named Josh Turner and Josh Gracin. RCA Nashville suggested he change his name, to make it less confusing. This is why he goes by Jake Owens, not Josh Owens.

In 2017, he left RCA Nashville and went to Big Loud Records. He released two singles as a result of this move to let everyone know he had moved. The first was "I Was Jack (You Were Diane)." The second was "Down to the Honkytonk." The song reached number one on the Canadian Country Billboards.
5. Where could one find Tim McGraw, according to a song in 1994?

Answer: Down on the Farm

Samuel Timothy McGraw was born on May 1, 1967, in Delhi, Louisiana, USA. His father, "Tug" McGraw, was a famous Major League baseball pitcher. However, he did not know who his father was until he was eleven, and then Tug did not acknowledge he was the father for another seven years, when Tim was eighteen. When he did acknowledge his son, the two became close until the death of Tug McGraw in 2004.

In 1990, Tim McGraw gave his father a copy of his demo music. Tug played it in the car while a record producer friend was in the car with him. Tim soon had a contract with Curb Records (the company that the producer friend worked for). He recorded his first single, "What Room Was the Holiday In" in 1991. It did not make the charts, but two years later he released his first album, which was self-titled. It also was not very successful.

A year later, he released his second album, "Not a Moment Too Soon." This included the song "Down on the Farm," which was written by Jerry Laseter and Kerry Kurt Philips, and was one of the singles from the album. The song reached number two on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks chart.

In 1996, Tim McGraw married country singer Faith Hill.

It finished 11th on the Irish Year-end charts for 2012.

Their fifth and final album, "Made in the A.M." came out in 2015 before the band went on hiatus in 2016. It featured the single, "Drag Me Down." "Drag Me Down" was the band's first single since Zayn Malik left the band earlier that year. It was written by James Doe, Jamie Scott, and John Ryan. The song reached number 41 on the Poland Year-End charts for 2015.

8. Tom Petty sang in 1989, "I Won't Back Down," but what will he do, according to the song?

Answer: Stand my ground

Thomas Earl Petty was born in Gainsville, Florida on October 20, 1950. Elvis Presley and the Beatles greatly inspired Petty. He had both a solo career as well as his career with his band The Heartbreakers. It was in his debut solo album in 1989 that he recorded the song "I Won't Back Down." The song, which was the main single from the album, was written by Petty and Jeff Lynne.

Petty had the chance to work with former Beatles members George Harrison and Ringo Starr on this song. Harrison recorded with him playing acoustic guitar and also providing backup vocals. Starr did not appear on the recording; however, he did appear in the music video playing the drums.

Answer: Six

"Six" was written by Toby Morrow and Lucy Moss. It opened on the West End in London England in January 2019. It premiered on Broadway in February 2020.

"Six" is based on the wives of Henry VIII. The wives are based on the music divas. For example, Catherine of Aragon was based on Beyonce, J-Lo, and Jennifer Hudson. The plot revolves around the six queens trying to convince the audience that they had the worst experience (compared to the other five) being married to Henry VIII. It is done as if it were a pop concert.

Anna of Cleeves, who is based on Nicki Minaj and Rihanna, tries to complain about living in the Richmond Palace and not having any males around to guide her, but soon she ends up bragging about it, as she sings, "Get Down."

"So I'm gonna hang it up for everyone to see
And you can't stop me 'cause
I'm the queen of the castle
Get down, you dirty rascal"

When the other queens call her out, she admits, she had a good life, and drops out of the competition.
