Answer: Augie March - "One Crowded Hour"

This was the eighth time the list has been topped by an Australian artist. It was also the first time since 1996 that an artist has reached number one, and had no other songs in the countdown. "One Crowded Hour" only peaked at number 29 on the Australian Singles Chart, but it spent 60 weeks in the top 100.

Answer: Hilltop Hoods

Hilltop Hoods achieved five entries from their Platinum album "The Hard Road". These entries were "The Hard Road" at number three, "Clown Prince" at number 23, "What a Great Night" at number 41, "Stopping All Stations" at number 56 and "Recapturing the Vibe" at number 77.
3. Which song made number 100 in the countdown?

Answer: Blue King Brown - "Come and Check Your Head"

This was a debut entry into the countdown for Blue King Brown from their album "Stand Up".

The Living End made it to number 53 with "Wake Up". It is the tenth time in a row that they were featured. "Wake Up" is their third top ten single and second top five single in Australia.
