Allison and Amanda went to Shooters to have some drinks and they toasted to a great working relationship between the two of them. Allison asked Amanda when she got started in advertising and Amanda replied how someone noticed she had a decent portfolio a while back and so therefore she got hired. Amanda told Allison she could have the last piece of food that they ordered as an appetizer.

In Jake's first scene, he went up the stairs to Jo's apartment to give her a rose. He knocked on her door and Jo told him hello and she asked him if he just got off work. Jake told her it was a Friday so he did not work. He gave her a rose and asked her what she was doing tomorrow night and Jo said she was busy.

However, Jake told her he was going to take her to dinner and they would go back to her apartment to have wild, passionate love.

Billy told her he was not sulking but that he was waiting for her after she got off of work. Rhonda was first seen in Matt's apartment and she showed him her wedding dress since she got it and mentioned how Terrence insisted she keep the dress even though they broke off their engagement. Amanda saw her air conditioner but she complained since she did not remember the code to use to turn it on and cool down the place. Amanda spoke to Billy about his being a camp counselor and he said he was at a camp in Santa Monica for two summers. Near the end of the episode, Jane and Michael entered the apartment complex after going on a jog and Jake came out of his apartment and said hello to them. Michael told Jake he was looking for him since he wanted to shoot hoops with him that past weekend. Jake said he was busy the past couple of weekends.
