Homer bet his last $13 on Santa's Little Helper. After running dead last, the owner kicks him out and Homer takes him home. The family loves him and he becomes their pet.

Answer: Martin's

Martin Prince, the school brainiac. Bart is mistakenly believed to have an IQ of 216, and sent to a genius school. But he confesses all when it becomes too much to deal with.

He ate badly prepared blowfish at a sushi restaurant and was told he had only 24 hours to live. Among the things to do were 'eat a hearty breakfast', 'tell off the boss' and 'go hang-gliding'. Needless to say, he doesn't actually die!
25. Episode 25: 'The Way We Was'. How does Homer get close to Marge?
