Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What is the occupation of Clarice Starling, originally from small town West Virginia, in the "Hannibal Lector" franchise?

Answer: FBI agent

Clarice Starling, portrayed by Jodie Foster, is an FBI agent sent to interview cannibal and prisoner Hannibal Lector (Anthony Hopkins) in the hopes of learning more about a notorious at large serial killer named Buffalo Bill. Clarice tells Hannibal all about her life (which she was told not to do) and the two seem to form an unusual but strong bond.

In the first film, "Silence of the Lambs", Clarice is an FBI student but progresses in her career as the films continue.
2. Rosalee Futch (Kate Bosworth) is the young lady from West Virginia who wins a date with which fictional actor played by Josh Duhamel in a 2004 film?

Answer: Tad Hamilton

The film is "Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!" and stars Kate Bosworth as Rosalee, an employee at a Piggly Wiggly in Fraziers Bottom, West Virginia. Rosalee is obsessed with the Hollywood hunk actor Tad Hamilton. Tad is going through something of a P.R. crisis as his womanizing ways have sullied his reputation as a hero. Rosalee wins a contest (which is really public relations stunt) to go on a date with Tad.

This upsets Peter (Topher Grace) who is in love with Rosalee but has not expressed his feelings.

He is afraid that after going on a date with a Hollywood actor, she will not reciprocate his feelings.

Despite his conscience telling him stealing is wrong, Marty steals Shiloh away from Judd and rescues him from being abused. Much of the first novel, called "Shiloh", puts Marty in morally dubious waters as he is not sure just what the right thing to do is.

Answer: He's a serial killer

Reverend Harry Powell is a preacher and serial killer who marries young, wealthy ladies and stabs them to death on their wedding night. He does this because this is what he believes God wants him to do. Powell serves times in prison for stealing a vehicle and meets Ben Harper (Peter Graves), a bank robber scheduled to be executed for murder. Answer: Destroying Silver Bridge

1966 marks the first appearance of Mothman when he was seen by gravediggers in the town of Point Pleasant. Mothman is said to be the cause of the Silver Bridge collapse the following year. This made the legend of Mothman very popular and the town of Point Pleasant holds a yearly festival in September in honor of Mothman.

There is even a statue of him in the town. Mothman is said to appear to be a normal-sized human male but with ten foot wings, grey skin and bright red eyes. He is believed to live in a former munitions depot.
