Ron's father won the annual Daily Prophet Grand Prize Galleon Draw. With the 700 galleon winnings, he took the entire family to Egypt. The Daily Prophet edition with this photo was given to Sirius Black by Fudge, and that's how Sirius found out that Peter Pettigrew (Scabbers) was still alive.

3. After running away from the Dursley's, Harry took up a room at the Leaky Cauldron. What number room did he stay in?

During the week or so Harry stayed at the Leaky Cauldron, he was able to roam Diagon Alley as he wished, provided he was back before dark...imagine all those amazing shops!

Mahogany was the wood the handle of Harry's previous broom, the Nimbus 2000, was made of. Holly is the wood of Harry's wand and yew is the wood of its brother wand, owned by Lord Voldemort.

When discussing why Lupin hadn't let Harry fight the Boggart, Lupin finds out that the boggart would have taken the form of a Dementor, not, as he had expected, Lord Voldemort. He then gives Harry a great compliment: "I'm impressed. That suggests that what you fear most of all is - fear. Very wise, Harry."

Here we get our first introduction to the beautiful Cho Chang! Though she doesn't appear in the movie version, her character will be appearing in the new "Goblet of Fire" movie...which I can't wait for!

Answer: Macnair

Macnair was captured during the battle at the Department of Mysteries (DoM)in the Ministry of Magic in the "Order of the Phoenix". Avery was a friend of Snape's during their years at Hogwarts and was also captured at the DoM. Nott avoided Azkaban after Voldemort's fall, but was captured along with the others in the DoM. Rosier was also an old chum of Snape's who was killed while resisting arrest...he took a chunk of Mad Eye Moody's nose with him though!

Answer: 7

Though there were only seven registered, we know that there were at least eleven actually running around. Sirius Black (dog), James Potter (stag), Peter Pettigrew (rat), and Rita Skeeter (beetle). I don't think the Ministry was very up to date!

14. After fighting off the Dementors, Ron, Harry, and Hermione are in the hospital wing being tended to by Madam Pomfrey. What is her first name?

Answer: Poppy

Penelope Clearwater is Percy's girlfriend, a Ravenclaw prefect. Perenelle Flamel was Nicolas Flamel's wife; they lived to be over 650 years old thanks to a Sorcerer's Stone. Pomona Sprout is the Professor of Herbology at Hogwarts.

Fortunately, Harry and Hermione were able to fly Buckbeak (or should I say Witherwings!) up to the tower and rescue Sirius.
