Answer: Celebrimbor

These creations of Celebrimbor were said to be the greatest work since Fëanor created the Silmarils. In Nenya Narya, and Vilya were embodied the power of air, fire, and water.
2. Elrond's Father was Earendil, but who was Elrond's mother?

Answer: Elwing

Elwing was the daughter of Dior the Fair. She escaped with the Silmaril that Beren wrested from Morgoth when the sons of Fëanor came to claim it. She later married Eärendil and had two sons, Elros and Elrond.
3. Who was the last keeper of the elven ring of power 'Narya'?

Answer: Gandalf

In the final chapter of "The Return of the King" it says that Gandalf openly wore the red elven ring Narya when the Ring-bearers left the Havens for Aman.

This article was held for Aragorn by Elrond, and was promised to him when he took his rightful place as the King of the Re-United Kingdom. The Sceptre was fashioned after the manner of the kings of Númenor, who bore no crown and used the sceptre as their only symbol of royalty.

Answer: Utumno

Utumno was commanded solely by Melkor and was demolished by the Valar at Melkor's chaining. All the rest Sauron commanded, either as the Dark Lord, or as Melkor's lieutenant.

There were actually 5, but 2 passed into the east. This was stated in "Unfinished Tales" under the chapter entitled "The Istari". The three we know are Gandalf, Saruman, and Radagast, whereas the other two that passed into the east were calld Pallando and Alatar.

Answer: Sam

In the initial chapters of the story, Sam is sitting in the local pub with the locals telling them a story about one of his friends who had seen a tree walking over one of the fields. Also, when Pippin and Merry describe the Shire to Treebeard, he comments that the Entwives would have liked that area.
