The song "Madhouse" was released by Anthrax on their second studio album "Spreading the Disease" in 1985. The music video for "Madhouse" has the band playing the song inside an insane asylum, with a bunch of the hospitals patients comically headbanging to the song. Anthrax is one of the "Big Four" thrash metal bands along with Metallica, Megadeth and Slayer.

Freddie Mercury wore a bunch of bananas on his head, Brian May dressed up as a penguin, Roger Taylor rode around in a mini tricycle and there was also a man in a gorilla suit.

"Paranoid Android" was featured on Radiohead's third studio album "OK Computer", which was released in 1997. He goes to a bar where he gets ridiculed by a seductive female bartender and later he sits on top of a lamp post while a European ambassador tries to save him while wearing a spiked thong bathing suit.

Slayer released the song "Eyes of The Insane" on their tenth studio album "Christ Illusion" in 2006. The music video for "Eyes of The Insane" depicts the single eye of a soldier. In his eye, we see the reflection of everything that this soldier has experienced both at home and on the battlefield. The reflections also show the soldier get injured and eventually he ends up taking his own life by the end of the song.
