Hampshire is located in the south coast of England and has Winchester as its county town. Reg Presley, real name Reginald Maurice Ball, was born in June 1941 and Ronnie Bond, real name Ronald James Bullis, in May 1940. The band was originally called The Troglodytes.
Kent is a county also on the south coast of England, York a city in Yorkshire and Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands.

Reg Presley was on vocals and played ocarina, Pete Staples was on bass guitar and Chris Britton on guitar. Their first single "Lost Girl" was released in 1965 on the CBS label.

The album contained 11 tracks written by the collaborating musicians except for the track "Deja Vu" that was written by Tony James Shevlin.

The album was released in March 1992. In the same year former drummer Ronnie Bond, who had left the band in 1988, died aged 55.
