The episode began with two gentlemen walking through a graveyard at nighttime and both were employed there. One saw some blood so they hoped it did not mean there was a dead body. However, they came upon a corpse.

Castle had a flashback of being in Koreatown when he was out for eight weeks and the Koreatown was in Los Angeles. He went there with Alexis and Kate in this episode to see if he could learn more about the period when he went missing. Castle was happy when he got an invite right away to an exclusive group.

Castle and Hayley went to the crime scene at the cemetery to see what the authorities learned. They heard that the victim was a private investigator named Philip Harris. Interestingly enough, he had just flown to Los Angeles from New York shortly before his murder.

Richard and Hayley cringed when they saw the gruesome crime scene and someone mentioned that the killer ripped out Philip's heart. Shortly after this, an officer told Castle and Hayley that he called the victim's sister to tell her about his murder.

Near the beginning, Javier and Kevin spoke with the victim's sister and she mentioned the name The Phantom. They asked what that was so she said it was the name of a serial killer who Philip was investigating. Javier was shocked since they had not heard of a serial killer by that name. It was revealed that The Phantom killed people in both New York City and Los Angeles.

Castle went to the building where the Greatest Detective Society met and he met a member by the name of Mason Wood. Mason mentioned that he once found a Chinese item in an iceberg back in 2007. Mason then revealed to Castle that Philip Harris was a member of their group so his death shook them up.

Austin Elektra was a suspect in Philip's death so Castle and the others wanted to find out if he was the killer. Castle's friend, Kendall, told him that she and Hayley would go to his house and distract him while Castle looked for something. The women got there and Hayley got a little uncomfortable when Austin mentioned that he wanted to engage in sex.

At Austin's place, the alarm went off so Austin got a gun out and asked Hayley what was happening. Castle and Kendall found a couple knives so they asked Austin about it. Austin said they were used as props in a film which he directed a few years ago, indicating he was a film director.

Lanie wanted Kevin to talk to a potential boyfriend's ex-girlfriend to see if he had any negative qualities about him. Kevin did such so he told Lanie that he did not have a clown fetish, as Lanie thought this was the case about him. However, Kevin did say that the ex-girlfriend mentioned that he often wet the bed.

Answer: A murder victim

Kevin found some information on the fourth victim of the Phantom's from New York City. His name was Pat Crews and he worked at the New School. Pat went to a movie studio and the murder weapon happened to be there.
