In "Stargate Atlantis's" "Sanctuary", a joke is made about Captain Kirk, from "Star Trek" regarding Kirk's habit of romancing every alien woman he meets.
2. Answer: Sight Unseen

"Sight Unseen" comes from the third season of "Charmed".
At the end of "Stargate's" "Sight Unseen", O'Neill says he has never seen the show "Alf". This is funny because "Alf" aired at the same time as Richard Dean Anderson's show "MacGyver".
6. "Smallville": Clark goes to the cave to confront Jo-El, but runs into Lionel who starts to really suspect Clark and eventually is led to Dr. Swann. "X-Files": When an unseen force commits several murders where a young woman is present, Mulder suspects that it is the spirit of the woman's former boss who was believed to have committed suicide but was actually murdered and he is protecting her from his business partner.

Answer: Shadow

Buffy using the chain to choke the snake creature in "Shadow" is reminiscent of Princess Leia killing Jabba the Hutt in "Return of the Jedi", as is the creature's tail flopping up and down in it's death throws.
Mulder's joke about Elvis in "X-File's" "Shadows" is the first of many throughout the entire series. Apparently Mulder is something of an Elvis fan.
8. "Birds of Prey": Helena tries to find the killer at her high school reunion while hiding her true self from Reese. "Star Trek: Next Generation": Picard is asked to choose between two candidates to succeed the current Chancellor of the Klingon High Council as the new ruler of the Empire. Harrison also attends the reunion, but only so he can finish a fight against Keith Morgan.

Answer: Reunion

"Birds of Prey" only lasted one season and ran from 2002-Feb 2003 before being cancelled.
Alexander was conceived in the "Next Generation" episode "The Emissary". "Reunion" also marks the death of Worf's enemy, Duras.
9. "Star Trek: Voyager": A transporter accident merges some of Seven of Nine's Borg nanoprobes with the Doctor's holo-emitter to create a 29th Century super-Borg. "Smallville": Clark gets into a class election and one of his opponents is a krypto-mutant who can control bees. Meanwhile, a reporter from Metropolis visits to do a story on Lex.

Answer: Drone

J. Paul Boehmer, who plays One in "Voyager's" "Drone" has also appeared on episodes of "Deep Space Nine" and "Enterprise".
Clark's slogan in "Smallville's" "Drone" is "The Man of Tomorrow", a common nickname for Superman in the comic books.
10. "Millennium": A man confesses to murdering his family, but Frank doesn't believe him. "Smallville": Things come to a head in Smallville when Kara, a beautiful girl with superpowers, who claims to be from Krypton, comes to entice Clark to fulfill his destiny and Lana prepares to leave for Paris. "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine": Dukat tries to persuade Kira to join a cult that worships the Pah-wraiths when she is unexpectedly transported to Empok Nor.

Answer: Covenant

"Covenant" was Don MacKays final appearance as recurring character Jack Meredith on "Millennium".
Marc Alaimo, who plays Gul Dukat on "Deep Space Nine" made his "Star Trek" debut in "Next Generation", playing four different characters.
On "Smallville's" "Covenant", Clark calls Kara his cousin. In the Superman comics, Kara is one version or another of Supergirl and her father is Zor-El, younger brother of Jor-El.
