She walks away smirking after answering leaving a confused Luka exclaiming "Poached?", which leads the audience to assume this is yet again Luka being graced by humor, as he is known for always switching words around (specially in traditional sayings) or simply not knowing a certain term, for English is not his mother tongue.

Dr. Howard Ritzke is played by Andy Powers. He's a blond, insecure doctor and displays so ever since his first appearance. Often nervous and in need of second opinions he ends up not lasting much longer on the show. The case to be dispatched in exam room 3 was a head and shoulder issue by the way.

Answer: David Zabel

David Zabel came to write 38 episodes of the show, debuting in season 8 (having written the very first episode of that season). He also came to be an executive producer for the show later on. Other works you'd find present in Zabel's CV would be a couple of episodes of "JAG", one of "Star Trek: Voyager", the feature film "Keith" and he was executive producer for "Detroit 1-8-7".

You might know Paul McCrane best under the alias Dr. Robert "Rocket" Romano. Eriq La Salle used to play the role of Dr. Peter Benton and directed only one episode of the show. George Clooney portrayed Dr. Doug Ross during the early seasons of the show but never directed an episode himself, despite ventures into directing. Laura Innes, perhaps also best known to you as Dr. Kerry Weaver, directed several episodes however. Such was the case as well with Paul McCrane, although he'll forever remain best known for the often misunderstood, loved and hated equally in extreme ways and very misfortuned Dr. Romano.

Answer: Penny Nicholson

Penny Nicholson is played by Jillian Bach. She was on the show from 2004 to 2006. Her character storms into the show needing Abby to cosign an "order for a bolus" on some dehydrated kid. Abby then comments to Sam "Weird. Last week someone was cosigning for me" to which an amused Sam replies inquiringly "Nice to be the boss, huh?"

Yet again, the tension of the show always takes a break with these little funny moments that make the whole watching experience very entertaining! Dr. Ray Barnett is played by Shane West and is featured from season 11 to season 15.

He asks for hard restraints after the incident takes place. Dr. John Carter is portrayed by Noah Wyle and is an easily associated face with the show, having appeared all the way through, starting on the pilot episode for season 1 and then making his final appearance at the last episode in season 15.

In-between this (season 11) and the final one he doesn't appear as a regular however. Doctor-wise and for the main cast I think that's an achievement nobody else pulls off!

He does this while she's taking a coffee break. He claims he wasn't trying to be a hero earlier that day by asking her and Alex to move, he says he did so because he loves her. He explains his reasoning a little further but then this scene gets interrupted by a pretty surreal happening.

Oh, the irony. The accident is said to have taken place during tank cleaning. As if the whole scene wasn't surreal and amusing enough, it ends with the marine biologist asking the victim to "keep pouring water" on the shark since it is suffocating (to which he complies).

Answer: Viola

And apparently not only Neela but also the actress who plays her, Parminder Nagra, knows how to since you can watch a cut-off scene (in case you have it on DVD) of her playing it for a while. Could also be that she just learned how to play that piece for the role, but anyway, the point of the viola talk being brought up...Neela uses it as an example to demonstrate how she always did what her parents wanted.

She couldn't even play what she wanted with the viola, only the sheet music she was instructed to.

Her mother claims this was because she wanted to play rock (first hint that she'll get involved with Dr. Ray Barnett later probably?) and she answers back that maybe she just wanted to be creative and improvise. And she's asking her to let her improvise with her life situation now at least.

The girl came into County with someone that, at first, she claimed to be her "mamacita" (mother). Then as more bruising and signs of physical abuse are discovered she confesses that the woman she came with was not her mother, neither her aunt (which she also maintained for a while after being found not to be telling the truth) but only the woman who keeps her and the other girls (to whom she referred as being sisters initially) from a group of abusive men who've been using them all. Abby feels there's still more to this story and asks Chuny to come and help her translate the girl's Spanish so that more can be understood.

Answer: Tesoro

This is revealed after Tesoro tells Abby and Chuny that the men have made her "daņada" (damaged - just like the title of this episode), implying that they've hit her and did whatever they wanted with her and the other girls. She also says she was 12 when abducted but to no longer knows what her current age is.

When asked about her family, her parents, she claims to once have escaped and tried to call them but she thinks they will no longer recognize her or want her back. So she just told them not to cry but that she had no idea when or if she'd be ever returning home. One of the most emotive scenes in the episode for certain.

The young actress that played Tesoro did an incredible job.

Answer: English, Punjabi, French, a bit of Farsi and a smattering of German.

She does never actually say English, but it's obviously implied. She was going to add perhaps one or two languages more but Abby cuts her off midway letting her know that she already has made her point. No habla espaņol!

Answer: Democrat

Certainly mustn't have come as a surprise to anyone who's followed the show. Raised in wealth and finding his life purpose while being around the Third World, it'd be very difficult that it could be any other of those options. Maybe he could still be a monarchist, if we're just do consider wealth, but then again...American monarchists, that's something I'd like to learn about..

Answer: they were homosexual

The two men, or boys if you will, were just kissing and this was deemed reason enough for the beating to take place. I guess for two of the other three possible answers it would come to no one as a shock if they were correct, since they happen too (perhaps more the homeless issue than illegal immigrants) but the last one it's just me taking a pun.
