Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What state did Josh say 'was Leo McGarry country'?

Answer: Illinois

Josh was talking to a reporter about the Santos win in Illinois and how Leo wouldn't have to use the briefcase of Santos ballots since they've already won.
2. Who called CJ and told her that Leo had died from his heart attack?

Answer: Donna

While the President was on the phone with Abbey in New Hampshire, CJ came in to tell him that Leo had died. She didn't have to say anything, though, because the President guessed by the expression on her face. After hugging CJ, the President reached for the phone again and told Abbey that he had some bad news.
3. Did Doug Westin win his seat as Congressman for New Hampshire?

Answer: No

Josh wanted to know if the press was considering it a defeat for the First Family and Bram said 'they're playing it as a victory for his Congressional district'. Josh laughed.
4. When CJ asked the President if he would run again if he could, did the President say he would?

Answer: He didn't say yes or no

He told CJ thanks to the 22nd Amendment he didn't have to talk about running again with Abbey.
5. What TV station did Donna tell Lou was going to give Maine's win to Vinick?

Answer: CBS

Lou told Donna to call them back and tell them they couldn't do that just yet. However, a few minutes later Maine was called as a win for Vinick.
6. After hearing that Santos won the Texas vote, where did Donna find Josh?

Answer: In Leo's hotel room

Donna went looking for Josh to tell him that Santos won the vote for his home state and she found him in Leo's hotel room. Josh said he called housekeeping to come clean up the room so that Mallory wouldn't see the paramedic gear when she came back to his room.
7. Where did Bruno say he was going after the election was over?

Answer: Upstate New York

After Bob told Bruno about the idea that they should go into business together, Bruno told him that he was going to Upstate New York where he was going to live in a house he bought on the Hudson River and plant flowers.
8. Santos won the election.

Answer: True

CJ woke the President up to tell him that a Presidential-elect had been chosen and then the camera switched to the Santos-McGarry campaign staff popping champagne corks and congratulating each other on their victory.
9. Were the election results contested by either side?

Answer: No

Vinick told his people he didn't want to come out like a sore loser if he lost and Josh told Santos that no one votes again for someone who contests an election.
10. What were the last words spoken on this episode?

Answer: "Thanks, boss."

Josh uttered this words as he looked at a picture of Santos and Leo taken in the sixth season finale after being announced the Democratic candidate for President and Vice President.
