Answer: if only

The last line, "if only", is a prophetic one. Spoken by Captain Kirk, the line refers to Dr. Janice Lester, a genius whose thirst for power destroyed her, but the line may also refer to the untimely cancellation of 'Star Trek'.

Answer: "Turnabout Intruder"

In "Turnabout Intruder" the Enterprise is called to the planet Camus II, where Dr. Janice Lester exchanges bodies with Captain Kirk in order to take control of the Enterprise.

Answer: Commander Riker's quarters

The final scene of the series takes place in Commander Riker's quarters during a poker game. The weekly poker game appeared throughout the series and all of the main characters attended, except Captain Picard. When he does finally attend the game, in the last scene of the last episode, he says, "I should have done this along time ago."

Answer: "The sky's the limit"

The full last line is, "Five card stud, nothing wild and the sky's the limit." The line is said by Captain Picard as he deals out the cards in the poker game. The last shots are that of the main cast playing poker and then the Enterprise flying off into the distance.

Answer: Quark

Quark, played by Armin Shimerman, speaks the last line of the series. Although he says the last line, Quark isn't in the last shot, which is Jake and Kira looking out towards the wormhole where Captain Sisko is trapped. This echoes a scene in the season 4 episode "The Visitor" when Jake and Kira look to the wormhole when Captain Sisko is missing.

Answer: "...the more they stay the same"

The full line, spoken by Quark to Morn is, "The more things change, the more they stay the same". This line is said after Kira tells Quark he can't conduct a betting pool on the station. The line refers to the end of the very first episode, when Quark and Kira had a very similar conversation about betting on the station.

The last line of the final episode is the same as the last line of the first episode. Spoken by Captain Janeway, the line became a catchphrase throughout the series.

In the final shot of the series a fleet of ships escort Voyager back to Earth. The fleet contains a Galaxy-class starship (from 'The Next Generation'), a Defiant-class starship (from 'Deep Space Nine') and of course an Intrepid-class starship, Voyager.

There is also an Akira-class starship which looks very similar to the NX-class starship from 'Enterprise'. However, there isn't a Constitution-class starship from 'The Original Series'.

Answer: "The Pegasus"

In 'The Next Generation' episode "The Pegasus", Commander Riker has to decide between disobeying orders or keeping his Captain in the dark. In the final episode of 'Enterprise', we see that Riker used a Holodeck simulation of Captain Archer's last voyage on Enterprise to make his decision.

The 726th of episode 'Star Trek' and last episode of 'Star Trek: Enterprise' ended with the original opening narration being read by the three captains of the Enterprise. The last lines are:

Kirk: "...to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations..."
