1. A: The name of the chocolate bar found on the island.

Answer: Apollo

The Apollo bar is one of the only food items found on the island that does not have the DHARMA Initiative logo on it. Kate was the first to discover the stash of bars located inside the pantry of the Swan station in the season 2 episode "Adrift".
2. B: The name of the slaving ship that was found on the island.

Answer: The Black Rock

This ship was discovered in the season 1 episode "Exodus, Part 1". This ship became a very important part of the plot as many things happened there including Arzt being blown up by dynamite and Locke getting Sawyer to kill his father Anthony Cooper.
3. C: This is one of the nicknames that Sawyer has called Sayid.

Answer: Captain Falafel

Sawyer has been known to call Sayid many things including Buddy, "the terrorist", Chief, Omar, Mohammed, Boss, Ali and Genius. Answer: The Flame

The Flame is found by Kate, Locke, Sayid and Rousseau in the season 3 episode titled "Enter 77". This is the first time that we meet Mikhail and find out to what extent of an escape artist he really is.

Sayid was a communications officer and interrogator for the Iraqi Republican Guard. He often refers to himself as a torturer and has even tortured other inhabitants of the island.

Answer: The Looking Glass

The Looking Glass is the underwater DHARMA Initiative station that can be found at the south end of the Island near the cable. As seen in Desmond's vision, Charlie deactivates the button near the flashing yellow light and receives a radio signal from Penny.

While all this is going on, Mikhail escapes and uses a grenade to blow up the control room porthole which fills with water and kills Charlie.

Manchester is home to two Premiership football clubs, Manchester United and Manchester City. Right near the City of Manchester Stadium you could find "B of the Bang", a sculpture by Thomas Heatherwick, which was built after the enormous success of the 2002 Commonwealth Games.

Mr. Eko has spent part of his life on both realms of good and evil as seen by his two major jobs; a drug lord and a self-proclaimed Catholic priest. Nigeria, the country that his character is from, is located in Africa and had a population of 133-million people in 2005.

Answer: Oregon

Ben is the supposed leader of "the others". Although Ben told the story about how he was born and raised on the island, the audience later finds out that his father brought him to the island from Oregon while Ben was still a child.

Answer: The Pearl

The Pearl station appeared to be used for monitoring all the other stations on the island although there was also a camera set up to watch the Pearl. There was also a pneumatic tube system that was supposed to take the notebooks from this station to another DHARMA location, but it is learned later on that these notebooks all ended up in an empty field.

On the show John's character seems to have held a lot of jobs during his lifetime including the regional collection supervisor for a box company, a worker at a marijuana farm, a home inspector and a department store clerk. This isn't too far of a stretch from real life where Terry has acted in many shows including "NCIS", "JAG", "The West Wing", "Alias", "The X-Files" and "Star Trek: The Next Generation".

Answer: Reyes

After spending much of his adult life working at Mr. Cluck's Chicken Shack, one day Hurley (Hugo Reyes) wins $114-million in the lottery. Although most would consider this a thing of great fortune, Hurley thinks of the numbers that he used as a curse when bad things start to happen.

These numbers ultimately bring him to Australia which then makes him get on Oceanic Flight 815 to become yet another member of the island.
19. S: The psychiatric establishment where both Libby and Hurley were patients.

Answer: Santa Rosa Mental Health Institute

Hurley spent his time there because of a breakdown after being in the "collapsing deck incident". Santa Rosa Mental Health Institute is also the place where Hurley meets his imaginary friend Dave and learns the "numbers". Libby's reason for being at the institute is unknown although it was shortly after the death of her husband David.
20. T: The thing that Jacob despises.

Answer: technology

In the episode "The Man Behind the Curtain", Ben finally decides to let Locke meet Jacob. Before entering Jacob's house, Ben tells Locke that Jacob despises technology. While in the house Locke uses a flashlight and things start being thrown all over the room and a fire is started. If you slow down the speed on your television (using a DVR or TIVO) you can actually see Jacob sitting in the chair for 11 frames!

"One of Us" was the second episode which featured flashbacks of Juliet's life. This was also the episode where Juliet came to live on the beach with the rest of the survivors.
