The man who appeared however turned out not to be God, but an imposter in Heaven because the real God was missing. Jesse used his power to make the angelic imposter tell everyone in the church about their missing saviour.

The school bus driver was killed by the girls who he had been molesting earlier in the season, and the other two answer choices happened as described. Several other big things happened too: the methane reactor got too hot and melted down, Emily explained to her children why they didn't need God and that their father was still in heaven, and the church congregation got in a huge brawl and trashed the church interior.

The entire church was then destroyed when the methane was released. Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy went for french fries.
