The show started with Chief Justice Roy Ashland collapsing. When the show began again, Toby was reading a tribute to Roy Ashland even though he hadn't died. Will brought the news that Chief Justice Ashland had collapsed of exhaustion and would be out of the hospital in a few days.

Josh was getting the flu that was going around so Donna gave him some sinus pills that Admiral "Feel Good" had left for her. After taking them, Josh started taking on a new attitude even using the words 'Excellent'. Josh said it wasn't him. It was Henry Chaipman.
