Wendy the realtor was roasted under a hair dryer. Dewey the contractor was killed by the nail gun while in the portapotty. Maggie was responsible for both of those deaths. Her husband Don was responsible for Maggie's friend Sue getting beheaded by the flying platter at the art gallery.

While Dean told Sam about Carl the architect getting boiled in the hot tub, the viewer did not actually see that murder.

There was some funny banter over Sam's hobby. When Sam came back to the hotel after a run, Dean told him, "Someone better be chasing you." Every time Dean referenced "Lance Armstrong" Sam reminded him that that was biking, not running. And, when Sam told Dean to pick him up while they were working on a case, Dean sarcastically suggested he run before telling him he would come get him.

Answer: Two witches and one leviathan

The main story was about the feuding married witches, Maggie and Don, who were killing people as part of their battles. Dean made a great reference to the movie "War of the Roses" when the brothers realized it was not one witch, but two, they were facing.

In addition to this main story, the leviathans were also part of this episode, with the one that had been tracking the brothers since "The Girl Next Door" finally catching up to them and attempting to kill them. Fortunately for the Winchesters, Don arrived and put a spell on the leviathan to temporarily stop the creature.

Answer: Two times

Don went to the hotel to remove the coins Maggie had placed under their mattresses to kill them. When he arrived, the leviathan was about to kill them, so he saved them from that threat too. His reaction to the leviathan was pretty funny. "Good God, what is that thing?" He told the brothers to "find a bottomless pit and drop it in."

Answer: Places where the real brothers handled jobs from the time they teamed up

The leviathan Sam and Dean committed their bloody crimes in locations where the brothers had completed jobs from the time they teamed up in 2005. The first murder was in Jericho, California, the location for the "Pilot" episode where they stopped the "woman in white".

They then proceeded to Black Water Ridge, Colorado (location for "Wendigo"), Manitoc, Wisconsin (location for "Dead in the Water"), etc. Ironically, the brothers figured this out after the leviathan Sam and Dean hit St. Louis, the location for "Skin", when a shapeshifter took Dean's form and framed him for murder.

The real brothers were then able to catch up with the leviathans in Iowa, location of "Hook Man".

Answer: self-righteousness

The scene where leviathan Sam and Dean sat in the diner and complained about how much they disliked "being" the brothers was hysterical. Leviathan Sam also said, "Who has two thumbs and a full blown bats in the belfry? I'm serious. It's nothing but Satan-vision on the inside. I mean, how he's walking around in a jacket with detachable arms is beyond me. You know I had a brother with this many issues once." He then proceeded to say he ate his brother.

Answer: sainthood

After referencing real Dean's hero complex, the two leviathans continued to complain. Then, leviathan Sam offered to switch with Leviathan Dean, saying, "Idea: You want to trade? I mean, I'll take Chuckles over Schizo." Leviathan Dean replied, "No. I like this one's hair better. You can stay in the big one." The episode ended with great drama, though, after leviathan Dean told real Sam that real Dean had killed Amy.

Answer: Drowned in the kitchen sink

The mediums in Lily Dale were killed by a vengeful spirit that was tethered by a competitor of the victims. The first victim was 'brained' by her own crystal ball. The second victim was killed by the pointer. The third victim was killed when the forks were raised and he was levitated and dropped on them. None of the victims drowned in a sink, although this was a method of ghost murder from "Dead in the Water" during season 1.

Answer: Jimmy Tomorrow

Jimmy Tomorrow was the psychic who ran the pawn shop. He tethered the ghost and it was killing his competitors. He tried to kill Sam, and Sam was forced to kill Jimmy. Sam then burned the bones of the ghost, saving Dean and Melanie.

Answer: Geraldo

Dean said they had been "Geraldo'ed". Geraldo Rivera did a television special about the opening of Al Capone's vault. It had a great deal of advertisement and promotion, but when they opened the vault, it was empty.

Dean was in a bar chatting up a woman when he got the text from Sam. He showed up in his suit to find Sam marrying Becky Rosen. He knew right away something was wrong, but dd not find out that Becky was drugging Sam until later in the episode, after also discovering people were making deals with a crossroad demon and being killed shortly thereafter.

Answer: Super fan ninety-nine?

Dean's reactions were the best part of the episode. In addition to this comment, he also reminded Sam about "the average life span of your hook ups."

Answer: They had the urge to dance

The leviathans created the sandwiches to drug people and make them complacent. After eating a sandwich, a person craved more. It immediately began changing the person's DNA, slowing down the metabolism, making the person hungry, sedentary and losing the will to care about anything. This was all explained to Dick by the leviathan doctor.

Answer: Forced the leviathan doctor to eat himself

Bobby witnessed the "bibbing" of the doctor. His response was, "Now I have officially seen it all."

Answer: Bobby

The Winchesters stormed Richard Roman Enterprises to rescue Bobby. They got him out, but just as Bobby was closing the door to the van, Dick shot at him. The viewer realized Dick's shot hit home when Sam saw the bullet hole in Bobby's cap, and Sam and Dean started yelling his name.
