"Alf" was created by Paul Fusco and Tom Patchett. This television program was first aired in 1986. Alf was a furry talking alien, from the planet Melmac. He managed to crash land himself into the Tanner family garage. The Tanners took Alf in to hide him from the US military Alien Task Force until he could repair his spacecraft and return to his home planet.
