In "Conscience Of The King" (Ep. 13), Lenore Karidian (portrayed wonderfully by the beautiful Barbara Anderson) is the daughter of Anton Karidian, the leader of a traveling theater troupe. Lenore tries to kill (in one case, successfully) survivors of a massacre on Tarsus IV.

Her motive... to protect her father from being exposed as Kodos "The Executioner" who initiated said massacre. Yeoman Third Class Tina Lawton is the pretty young blond that "Charlie X" rudely blows off after Janice Rand introduces the two. Areel Shaw is Kirk's old flame and also the prosecuting attorney in "Court-Martial." Dr. Janet Wallace is another of Kirk's old flames, and appears in "The Deadly Years."

Answer: "By Any Other Name"

Yeah... in "By Any Other Name" (Second Season, Ep. 50), Kirk's ship has been hijacked by the Kelvans for a 300-year journey, he and his crew's lives have been threatened, all but four of his crew have been reduced to inanimate dodecahedrons, and the same fate for the rest of the crew is imminent... but hey... Kirk always can find some time for a little "wubba-wubba, ah-ooooooo-gah, gitchy-gitchy"... in fact, it's the only way to save the ship! Kelvan hijacker Kelinda is played terrifically by Barbara Bouchet.

The other three choices were from the third season. In "Wink Of An Eye", Kirk undoubtedly slept with Deela. In "The Paradise Syndrome", Kirk actually marries Miramanee. In "That Which Survives", the crew is confronted by the beautiful, but deadly projection, Losira.

In TOS Episode 4, "Mudd's Women", we are introduced to the bumbling intergalactic con-man, Harcourt Fenton "Harry" Mudd and his "cargo" of "lovelies". Karen Steele played Eve McHuron... Susan Denberg played Magda Kovas, and Maggie Threatt played Ruth Bonaventure.

In "The Man Trap", McCoy has a past relationship with Nancy Crater. In "For The World Is Hollow...", Bones falls in love with Natira of Yonada... but left the asteroid/spaceship when his disease was cured, and in "Shore Leave", WHILE on shore leave the doctor has a testosterone-inspired attraction to the cute Yeoman Barrows.

In that episode, the doc's machismo temporarily cost him his life. In "This Side Of Paradise" (Ep. 25), the spore-influenced McCoy supports Spock's relationship with Leila, but has no female love interest of his own as he kicks back, sips his mint julep and just enjoys being an "ol' country doctor."

"The Way To Eden" (Ep, 75) features a group of space-hippies who take over the Enterprise in order to take them to the mythical planet Eden. The group includes Irini Galliulin (portrayed by Mary-Linda Rapelye) who had a past relationship with Checkov.

The rest of the space hippies are Dr. Sevrin, Tongo Rad, Adam and Mavig. Irina Slutskaya is a Russian figure skater. Irene Cara is a pop singer best known for the 80's hits "Fame" and "Flashdance... What a Feeling." Irina Novik is a model/actress.

Joan Collins began her film career with 1951's "Lady Godiva Rides Again", and had many TV, film, and theater appearances from the fifties on. Her greatest fame came from her role as "Alexis Morrell Carrington Colby Dexter Rowan" in the 80's prime-time soap opera "Dynasty".

Looking very pretty in her low-cut Renaissance dress supplied by Trelane, Teresa Ross (Venita Wolf) dances with the powerful child-being in "The Squire Of Gothos" (Ep. 18). Yeoman Barrows played dress-up in "Shore Leave". Lt. McGivers was seduced by Khan in "Space Seed". Yeoman Rand did not appear in "The Squire Of Gothos."

At the end of the episode "Mirror, Mirror" (Ep. 39), when the gang is back in their own universe, we meet Lt. Moreau (played by Barbara Luna), a dutiful, mild-mannered officer... contrasting sharply with her parallel-universe counterpart, the ambitious, ruthless and promiscuous "Marlena". Marlena says to Kirk, "I've been a captain's woman, and I like it. I'll be one again if I have to go through every officer in the fleet." Lt. Palamas has a more-than-professional interest in Apollo in "Who Mourns For Adonais?" Lt. Galway dies from accelerated aging in "The Deadly Years" and Lt. Masters makes an appearance in "The Alternative Factor."

When the subject of "Kirk's female conquests" is risen, very often Shahna is one of the first women to be mentioned. Costume designer William Theiss clothed many of the Star Trek alien women in somewhat revealing clothing, but few were dressed as scantily than Shahna (Angelique Pettyjohn).

Her revealing silver outfit, physical prowess, nice looks, big pretty eyes and of course, great acting (ahem!) have made Shahna one of the most memorable "Star Trek" guest cast members. According to funtrivia user blakey, Angelique Pettyjohn also played Agent 38 Charlie Watkins on Get Smart... the hot looking blond with a deep male voice. On that show, her character was a male agent in disguise.

The other choices also appear in "Gamesters." Tamoon is a deep-voiced orange-haired female thrall who had the hots for Chekov, providing some comic relief. Putting it delicately... Tamoon is a bit less-than-attractive. Kloog is a male thrall. Jana is the first name of Ensign Haines, a minor character in the episode.

In "The Cloud Minders" (Ep. 74), Droxine (well portrayed by Diana Ewing) is the beautiful and intelligent, but shallow daughter of Stratos' leader, Plasus. In earlier episodes, Spock experiences some physical contact with or attraction to a woman, but all were a result of external forces.

In this episode, Spock's attraction to Droxine is inspired by nothing more than his hormones and his taste in women.

In "What Are Little Girls Made of?"(Ep. 10), Sherry Jackson portrays the curvaceous android, Andrea, who was created by Dr. Roger Korby. A master of mixing business and pleasure, Kirk kisses her to confuse her. Alice was an android series in "I, Mudd."

For most of Kirk's one-episode relationships with women, it is difficult to surmise that Kirk and his partner did any more than the kissing or petting that we see on-screen. However, in "Wink of an Eye" (Ep. 68), while in the captain's quarters, Kirk is seen putting on his boots as Deela (Kathie Brown) brushes her hair in front of the mirror... a less-than-subtle indication that the captain likely hit a "home run" in this instance. Odona is the Gideon leader's daughter in "The Mark of Gideon." Kelinda is the Kelvan hijacker in "By Any Other Name." Natira is the high priestess, and McCoy's love interest in "For the World Is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky."

"The Apple" (Ep. 38) is the first episode in which Chekov demonstrates an attraction toward a woman... And he sure picked a pretty one. Yeoman Martha Landon was portrayed by Celeste Yarnall. The other 3 surnames were also taken from various characters in "The Apple."

Answer: "Operation: Annihilate!"

In "Operation: Annihilate!", Yeoman Zahra Jamel (played by an actress with the one-word name, Mauriska) is a member of the landing party to Deneva. She is distinguished by her beautiful eyes, exotic looks and long brown ponytail. Although Yeoman Jamal can be seen in several scenes, she utters only 3 lines in the episode. Upon examining one of the flying-fried-egg creatures (just before Spock is attacked), she says, "Captain, it doesn't even look real." At the end of the episode, she says, "Ready, sir." when Kirk instructs her to record a message.

Then right after that, when a fully-sighted Spock unexpectedly arrives on the bridge, Yeoman Jamal says, "Captain, look!... Mister Spock!" (NOTES: I don't believe that Yeoman Jamal's name is ever mentioned in the episode.

It is listed in "The Star Trek Compendium" and several "Star Trek" websites. Yes, this is a very obscure reference, but hey... we can't make this quiz TOO easy for the hard-core Trekkers!)

Answer: Diana Muldaur

Diana Muldaur appeared as Dr. Anne Mulhall in "Return to Tomorrow" and also as the sightless Dr. Miranda Jones in "Is There in Truth No Beauty?". Ms. Muldaur also appeared in "Star Trek - The Next Generation" as Dr. Katherine Pulaski. Majel Barrett Roddenberry portrayed Nurse Christine Chapel (later Dr. Chapel in the movies) and is the widow of "Star Trek" creator Gene Roddenberry. Known for her distinguished voice, Sally Kellerman played Dr. Elizabeth Dehner in "Where No Man Has Gone Before." Helen Merrilees is fictitious.

In "Patterns of Force" (Ep. 52), a Federation cultural observer patterned a society after Nazi Germany. Daras (Valora Noland) is an Ekosian resistance fighter who was decorated by Deputy Fuhrer Melakon for apparently betraying her father to her planet's Nazi party. Daras' actions were actually part of the Ekosian undergound's efforts to discredit Melakon and the Nazi party. Mara is the Klingon Kang's wife in "The Day of the Dove" who was attacked by Chekov. Nona is Tyree's wife in "A Private Little War," who cured Kirk's mugato bite, seduced him, stole his phaser and was eventually killed. Gretchen represents no "Trek" character.

Answer: Drusilla

In "Bread and Circuses" (Ep. 43), Lois Jewell portrayed the lovely Drusilla, the blond slave of Proconsul Claudius Marcus on planet 892-IV... given to Kirk for the night prior to his scheduled execution. Given Kirk's ability to romance the ladies even in times of crisis, one would suspect that Kirk and Drusilla did NOT play Tiddly-Winks. Philana is the snobby Platonian in "Plato's Stepchildren." Vanna is the beautiful Troglyte "disrupter." in "The Cloud Minders." Eleen is the Capellan woman who gives birth in "Friday's Child."

Yeoman Mears was among the seven people aboard the stranded shuttlecraft "Galileo." Yeoman Rand did not appear in "The Galileo Seven" (Ep. 14) although the role of Yeoman Mears was created to replace Rand ("The Star Trek Compendium"). Yeoman Doris Atkins is a minor character in "The Deadly Years." Yeoman Barrows appears in "Shore Leave."

Kara (played by Marj Dusay) knocks out the Enterprise crew, surgically removes Spock's brain (while leaving his hair intact) and installs the brain into a computer, becoming the planet's "Controller."

Marianna Hill portrayed Helen Noel, the mini-skirt wearing doctor in "Dagger of the Mind" (Ep. 11). Dr. Anne Mulhall lent her body to Thalassa in "Return to Tomorrow". Dr. Elizabeth Dehner appeared in "Where No Man Has Gone Before". Dr. Janice Lester traded places with Kirk in "Turnabout Intruder."
