Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Victor himself does not wield a weapon, but his sister Charlotte does. Her weapon is known as the Blade of Marseille and is designed well for the context of a horror video game. What type of blade is this?

Answer: Sickle

In the Twins' lore, it is stated that Charlotte originally stole this blade from a farmer's home and modified it to her liking before she and her brother were taken by the Entity. It gets its name, as a folklore tale was spun about it having been used by a demon who wandered around the gutter of Marseille with it in hand. According to the lore, however, that aspect didn't actually happen.
2. The Twins' power is known as Blood Bond, which is where Victor gets the spotlight: upon activation, the player using the Twins goes from controlling Charlotte into controlling Victor. When using Victor, a wide variety of things change about him that force Survivors to play against him much, much differently than Charlotte. Which of the following is a correct difference between the two?

Answer: Victor has no Terror Radius

When switching over to Victor, Charlotte is placed into the Dormant state- she will not emit a Terror Radius, nor a Red Stain, but she can still create a collision for Survivors, so they'll need to walk around her as if she was a wall of some kind.

Victor does not see Scratch Marks at all, though he does have somewhat of a built-in Bloodhound, as pools of blood left by Survivors will shine in a particularly bright red.

That said, Victor does not possess a Terror Radius at any point, even when being controlled. He does, however, screech and grumble very loudly as he approaches, so Survivors will have enough time to at least realize he is approaching. Much like Killers such as Freddy and Huntress with audio indicators other than a Terror Radius, Victor's noises cannot be suppressed or mitigated through the use of perks such as Monitor and Abuse or Tinkerer. They also cannot be made louder or heard further than usual from a perk such as Distressing.
3. Victor is much faster than Charlotte, and he can be quite menacing even for healthy Survivors to deal with. Using his special ability, Pounce, he can jump on top of a Survivor and harass them greatly. What status effects will a healthy Survivor suffer from, should Victor successfully pounce on them?

Answer: Incapacitated, Oblivious and Broken

While Victor has latched onto a Survivor, they will be unable to do anything at all other than vault objects and drop pallets. A Survivor also cannot escape the game while Victor has latched onto them, nor can they enter a locker. They will need to perform the Remove action, which by default takes eight seconds, and will get Victor off of them and crush him, returning him to Charlotte. During this time, the Survivor Victor has latched onto will have their location revealed to Charlotte via Killer Instinct, as well as other Survivors within a short distance of Victor.
4. While they are threatened by Victor more than Charlotte, Victor himself can also come under fire by the Survivors he is tasked with hunting. When controlling Victor, the player must be very mindful of successfully connecting with his Pounce attack. If Victor misses a Pounce, what can Survivors do to punish him, apart from simply running far away?

Answer: Crush him

A missed Pounce can allow a nearby Survivor to perform the Crush action, temporarily killing Victor and forcing the player to return to playing as Charlotte. Victor will become available again six seconds after Charlotte has returned to action.
5. Every Killer gets three teachable perks that, when acquired, can be given to other Killers. The Twins' first perk in that regard will reveal Survivor locations within a pretty sizable range should they interact with a chest or an item off of the ground. What perk is this?

Answer: Hoarder

Items are typically very powerful resources Survivors can use, even those of the lowest quality. In using Hoarder, the Killer can punish Survivors for transferring items to one another, or trying to find new items from a chest. This can be particularly crippling to those with the Plunderer's Instinct, Ace in the Hole, and/or Appraisal perks, as you can expect Survivors with those perks will want to explore chests.

This can be especially deadly because there is usually at least one chest in the basement, and a Killer who finds a Survivor down there is in a very good position. Additionally, this perk is a very intriguing pick for Pinhead, as Hoarder does work with his Lament Configuration-- this can allow him to more efficiently disrupt the solving process of it, so that he may claim it and immediately commence a chain hunt, which is the main attraction of his entire power.

It also works well with Franklin's Demise, as it is reasonable to expect the Survivor will want to reclaim their item dropped because of Franklin's Demise, and Hoarder will reveal them when they do.
6. The Twins' second teachable perk will cause three generators with the most progress to immediately explode and begin regressing once the Killer using it damages a different generator. Any Survivors actively repairing an affected generator will be abruptly faced with a difficult skill check upon activation. What perk is this?

Answer: Oppression

Oppression is a good general perk for effective use on pretty much any Killer. It pairs well with other perks which activate off of damaging a generator, such as Pop Goes The Weasel, Trail of Torment and Overcharge.
7. The third and final teachable perk from the Twins' greatly increases the lunge range for a Killer's basic attack should the perk have at least one accumulated token. One token is earned for every generator completed. What perk is this?

Answer: Coup de Grace

Coup de Grace is a terrifying pick for a Michael Myers in Tier 3, as being in Tier 3 already grants him an increase to his lunge, which Coup de Grace does stack with. It can also be a good pick on the Hag and Trapper, as they're likely to end up giving up a generator or two setting up their respective traps, and could make use of this perk as soon as they enter their very first extended chase.

In general, Coup de Grace can be a workable perk on any Killer, as it provides them all with the same benefit of increasing their lunge.

It should be noted that only one token can be consumed at a time and, because only five generators at maximum can ever be completed, Coup de Grace may only be used a maximum of five times as a result.
8. This add-on, an ultra rare, grants Charlotte the Undetectable status for a moderate period of time after the player switches from controlling Victor over to Charlotte. What add-on is this?

Answer: Silencing Cloth

Survivors receive a very loud notification when the Twins' player begins using Victor, but they get no such notification when returning to Charlotte. As such, this add-on can be quite the surprise, and can easily lead to gen-snatches or even just surprising hits on an unsuspecting Survivor.
9. This add-on will punish Survivors who take full advantage of a missed Victor pounce, afflicting them with the Exposed status effect for a moderate period of time. What add-on is this?

Answer: Iridescent Pendant

If a Survivor crushes Victor at all, they'll receive the Exposed status effect, and Charlotte can one-hit down them. Apart from extremely situational moments involving the Adrenaline perk or an insta-heal, this won't really see use on a Survivor attempting to fling Victor off of themselves, as they'd already be injured and downed in one hit anyway.

This add-on sees use on a Survivor who crushes Victor following a missed Pounce attack, as they're likelier to be fully healthy at that point anyway. Still, it can make them think twice about actually crushing Victor, allowing for more fluid use of his Pounce ability.
10. Victor has a base movement speed which is noticeably faster than Charlotte's. Still, Charlotte can get around decently enough- what is her base movement speed juxtaposed to a Survivor running?

Answer: 115%

Victor moves at 150% speed, which is faster than Charlotte. Still, should it come down to it, Charlotte can run down a Survivor efficiently as most other Killers, though it would be good to use Victor to help in that regard.
