Warning: Culex is very tough as he fights alongside four Elemental Crystals: Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth.

Although Megaleg is the biggest boss in "Super Mario Galaxy" (and possibly in "Mario" history), he is very easy to defeat and requires only two hits to defeat if the player is good enough. Mario must run up a series of parts starting from Megaleg's legs up to his head.

At the top, there is a large glass container with the Grand Star. This is Megaleg's weakness and Mario must lure Bullet Bills onto the glass container. In "Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time", he appears as a bean swapper for Baby Mario and Baby Luigi.

Luigi is also the one to fight Chief Chilly in "Mario Kart DS" in the final boss mission.
