Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Queen Talia is the ruler of which world?

Answer: Onderon

When you first attempt to travel to Onderon, you are instead forced to land on its moon, Dxun. There you meet some Mandalorians, including the Mandalor himself, who is actually Canderous Ordo from the first game (Mandalor is the title given to the leader of the Mandalorians). Eventually they will help you reach Onderon, which you find to be under a lot of political tension. You will then have the option of either aiding the queen, who is a supporter of the Republic(Light Side option), or her cousin, General Vaklu (with Onderon's military behind him), who is set on replacing Talia in order to achieve independence for his world (Dark Side option).
2. Which planet was partially blown apart?

Answer: Peragus

Peragus was mined for its fuel for starships. However, in its natural state, the fuel was extremely unstable, and an accident destroyed a large portion of the planet. The miners then took up harvesting fuel from the asteroids, in particular, Peragus station, where you start off the game.

The asteroid field that was created by the initial explosion was unpredictable, and ships had to have their navigation charts updated every time they wanted to approach or leave Peragus. After you leave Peragus, the station, and a large portion of the asteroid belt is detonated. Citadel Station, orbiting Telos, relied on Peragus fuel, and one of your optional quests is to find a new fuel source for the station before it runs out and falls down onto Telos.
3. Who of the following is not a human?

Answer: Visas Marr

In the game, you can have up to six human companions which are: Atton Rand, Brianna (originally known as Handmaiden), Mandalor (Canderous Ordo), Kreia, Mical, and Mira. Driod characters include G0-T0, HK-47, and T3-M4. As for non-human companions, you have Bao-Dur, a Zabrak (Darth Mual's species), Hanharr, a Wookiee, and Visas Marr, a Miraluka, a species that has no eyes, but rather perceives the world around them through The Force.

Visas' name is derived from the Latin word for "vision" and the English word "marred", which means "broken" or "impared".

4. What is the Jekk'Jekk Tarr?

Answer: A bar

The Jekk'Jekk Tarr was a cantina on Nar Shaddaa. It had various rooms with different atmospheres, most of which were toxic to humans (the exception being the private lounges at the back). It was this bar, and the base underneath, that served as a headquarters for Visquis, the leader of the Exchange crime organization on Nar Shaddaa.

It was originally supposed to be a front for a secret GenoHaradan base, but this idea, like many others, was cut from the final game due to time constraints.
5. On which planet is there no Mandalorian camp?

Answer: Onderon

Mandalorians can be considered a third faction faction in "The Sith Lords", after the Jedi and Sith. They are allied with neither one, and merely seek the thrill of battle. In the Mandalorian Wars that occured nine years before "The Sith Lords", the Mandalorians were nearly wiped out by the Republic, led by Revan. Now, during the game, the Mandalorians are rebuilding themselves, but many are still just mercenaries for hire after their civilization was shattered.

On Nar Shaddaa, there is a small group of Mandalorian bounty hunters hiding out in the dormatories.

On Dantooine, there is a larger group of mercenaries outside main settlement. They eventually attack the settlement, and you have the option of defending it from them (Light Side), or aiding the mercenaries (Dark Side).

Dxun is the home of the largest Mandalorian camp, where Canderous Ordo has been named Mandalore (Mandalorian leader). He was ordered by Revan to rebuild the Mandalorian clans in preparation for the Sith invasion. These Mandalorians are good guys, and the Mandalore will join your party.
6. Who will help repair the Ebon Hawk?

Answer: Bao-Dur

When you are on the Ebon Hawk at a starport, you can wander around and talk to your companions. Bao-dur is found at the back of the ship, with his remote, repairing the massive hole from the beginning of the game.

Atton Rand also stays behind on Dxun to repair the ship after Tobin ordered his fighters to shoot down the Ebon Hawk.
7. Assuming you do not kill any Jedi masters after locating them, how many will be present on Dantooine near the end of the game?

Answer: Three

The three possible former members of the Jedi Council that you can meet on Dantooine are Kavar (originally found on Onderon), Vrook Lamar (from Dantooine), and Zez-Kai Ell (found on Nar Shaddaa). There was a fourth member of the Jedi council, Lonna Vash, that you attempted to find. She was originally supposed to be found on M4-78, a planet populated by droids. Due to time constraints, the planet was cut, and her dead body was placed on Korriban (another incomplete planet). The three masters were killed by Darth Traya soon after you met with them.

Vrook Lamar was first seen in "Knights of the Old Republic" as a member of the Jedi council on Dantooine.
8. If Revan was set to have followed the Light Side, who will the Republic Admiral be?

Answer: Carth Onasi

Carth Onasi was Revan's first long-term comrade in "Knight of the Old Republic" (The first was Trask Ulgo, but he died on the Endire Spire while saving Revan's life). Carth was a Republic soldier with a strong sense of justice. He found it difficult to trust anyone after his commanding officer, Saul Karath, and many friends defected to the Sith. In "Knights of the Old Republic" there can be a romantic sub-plot between Carth and Revan, provided Revan is female.

If Revan follows the Light Side, then it is assumed that he (canon says Revan was male) saved Bastilla from the Dark Side and that Carth lived. If Revan followed the Dark Side, then he took Bastilla as his new apprentice and Carth was killed onboard the Starforge.

If Revan was set as a follower of the Dark Side, then Cede is the Admiral of the Republic Fleet. If Reven was set to have followed the Light Side and to have been a female, then Carth will appear as the Admiral. If Revan was a follower of the Light Side and male, then Bastilla will also make a cameo in "The Sith Lords".
9. Who can sacrifice him/herself in order to defeat Darth Nihilus (the Sith Lord with the weird mask)?

Answer: Visas Marr

During the confrontation with Darth Nihilus you may have Visas Marr commit suicide in order to weaken the Dark Lord. Darth Nihilus had created a powerful Force bond between himself and Visas when he made her his apprentice after he destroyed the Miraluka homeworld of Katarr. This bond allowed the two to support each other in battle, but also had the opposite effect of allowing them to weaken each other.

If you have Visas wearing normal clothing (not armor), and wielding a melee weapon or lightsaber, then you can have her sacrifice herself in order to cause great pain to the Dark Lord, who then becomes easy to defeat.
10. Who wants to destroy The Force?

Answer: Darth Traya

"I use it as I would use a poison, and in the hopes of understanding it, I will learn the way to kill it. But perhaps these are the excuses of an old woman who has grown to rely on a thing she despises." - Kreia

Darth Traya, Lord of Betrayal, also known as Kreia, ultimately wanted to bring about the destruction of The Force itself, in "The Sith Lords". She had first been banished from the Jedi, and later from the Sith. She saw the flaws of teaching only a single side of The Force without balance. Kreia was fascinated by the Jedi Exile, as she was proof that life could exist without The Force, and thus Kreia did everything she could to help the Exile.

Darth Nihilus, Lord of Hunger, during the events in "The Sith Lords", is merely an entity that feeds on The Force, which is in all living things. Because of this, he was slowly destroying The Force, but merely to feed his hunger for power.
