Answer: Ukraine

I would be buying tickets to the wonderful country of Ukraine. The historic city of Kiev is the capital of the country and home to the beautiful St. Sophia's Cathedral whose foundation was laid in the 11th century. The Carpathian Mountains are the second longest mountain range in Europe and are well known for their ski resorts. I could finish up this wonderful trip by cruising down the Dnieper River to the Black Sea.

New Zealand is located at a position where volcanic activity is high, between two tectonic plates. On June 17, 1996 Mount Ruapehu erupted, blowing smoky ash clouds 20,000 feet up, with pieces of molten rock flying hundreds of feet out. Eleven nearby airports had to close, and $6.5 million in damage at a hydroelectric plant was caused by volcanic ash in the water.

The Seine rises about 30 km northwest of Dijon and flows under 37 bridges within the city of Paris. It flows into the English Channel in Normandy, with Harfleur (close to Le Havre) on its north side and Honfleur on its south side. The Loire empties into the Bay of Biscay at Saint-Nazaire.

The Rhône empties into the Mediterranean Sea. The Saône flows into the Rhône at Lyon.
