Before the ceremony, Sookie had a short exchange with Russell about the rescue of Bill and murder of Lorena on his property (in "Club Dead"). He'd started the conversation, possibly as a way to let her knew that he knew what she'd done, but wasn't seeking retaliation of any kind.

He told her that they were even, and he hadn't even liked Lorena. She took the opportunity to question Russell about Quinn's status among the supes, but Russell didn't have time to get into it.

Frannie was the product of a horrific attack Quinn's mother had suffered. Quinn killed the perpetrators and spent three years in servitude. He fought, and killed, many shifters in that time. Frannie did not warm to Sookie immediately. I cannot say she ever really liked her, but did repay Sookie for saving her life.

Jennifer was the vampire who had Sophie drawn up on charges that she had murdered Peter (King of Arkansas) after their marriage. Sophie, Louisiana's vampire queen, had been devastated by the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and really needed the charges to go away.

She stood to inherit the Arkansas assets if she was cleared of the crime. She used telepathy to arrange for Sigebert to murder Jennifer and the others in her room.

Jake never accepted his transition to vampire, especially since he couldn't even shift any longer. Sookie never figured out how he hooked up with the radical hate mongers, but he and a hotel employee (Joe) arranged for bombs to go off in and under the hotel while the vamps were all sleeping. Sookie and Barry figured it out at the last moment, and with the help of Mr. Cataliades Sookie saved the queen. Eric helped Sookie save Pam, and Bill survived as well. Quinn took some major damage, but as a were, he'd heal fast. Sookie left him in the hospital and used Frannie's car to drive back home.

Amelia burst out with that news before she could stop herself. Then, Tara and JB drove up and told Sookie in person. Sookie was too exhausted and battle weary to be very excited for her friends, but she wanted to be. She knew JB would be good to Tara.

Other than earning her money for the queen many times over, Sookie also had the satisfaction of knowing Andre the vampire was completely dead. Andre was the queen's right hand, a vamp she'd created when he had been a sixteen year old boy. Andre had tried to force Sookie to share blood with him, in order to become more in-tuned during the trial.

She'd been more than horrified, and Eric stepped in with an alternate solution. Sookie agreed to drink his blood, as he was the lesser of two evils. After doing so, she was able to read some vampire minds, whereas she hadn't been able to do so before.

She wanted to kill Andre when she found him wounded after the explosion, but she couldn't bring herself to do it. Quinn did it for her.
