The episode began with Jack sleeping and Juliet came up to him to wake him up. Jack has a blurred vision but made out Juliet telling him that some people were arguing about getting off the island. Jack went down to settle the argument and, once it was settled, he promised them he would get them off the island.

Even though Hurley knew Charlie was a vision of his, he could not shake away his vision of Charlie.

Miles, Sawyer, and Claire were all walking through the jungles of the island and they heard someone coming from the bushes. Sawyer got out his gun and Miles saw it was his friend named Frank Lapidus. Sawyer and Claire did not know that Miles and Lapidus already knew each other. Lapidus told him that a guy named Keamy was coming back and it was not safe and they had to hide.
