The Stinking Rose is located in San Francisco, California at 325 Columbus Ave. They have a sign that says "We Season Our Garlic With FoodŽ!" Can you believe that each month they use approximately 3,000 pounds of garlic to prepare their dishes? There are many signature dishes at the Stinking Rose. One is an appetizer called, " Bagna Calda." It's bread with a garlicky mixture. They are also known for a special entree called "40 Clove Garlic Chicken." Garlic is even an ingredient in their special ice cream.
2. Union Oyster House

Answer: Boston, Massachusetts

The Union Oyster House has been located at 41 Union Street, Boston, MA. since 1886. Oysters are prepared any way you can think of along with other popular New England seafood dishes. This was one place JFK and his family liked to eat.
3. Patsy's Italian Restaurant

Answer: Mid-Town Manhattan, New York

If you are walking around Midtown in NYC you will see many restaurants. This one was opened in the early 1940s by the Scognamillo family. It is on W. 56th St. Just a tidbit of trivia is that Sinatra enjoyed this establishment. They serve traditional Italian meals. Their signatures sauces are on sale in bottles right there in the restaurant along with their homemade pasta.
4. Versailles

In the heart of Miami, on Calle Ocho, you can find this world renown, Cuban cafe. There is an outside, take out window that is popular to all the locals to order their cafe cubano. 5. Faidley Seafood

Geno's is located at 1219 South 9th Street, Philadelphia and serves their signature cheesesteak sandwiches. Melted cheese, grilled onions and ribeye steak or chicken on a roll make up this tasty Philly treat.
7. Katz's Delicatessen

Answer: Lower East Side Manhattan, New York

Katz's Delicatessen has been a popular spot on the lower east side since 1888. Their signature sandwiches are pastrami, corned beef, salami and hot dogs. During WW2, they advertised sending a salami to your loved one in the army. Many films and TV shows have been filmed on location here. Remember the scene in "When Harry Met Sally." You can sit at their table. Katz's Deli is located in the lower eastside at 205 E Houston St.
8. Central Grocery

Answer: New Orleans, Louisiana

Their signature sandwich is the muffuletta where an olive salad is placed on top of the layers of cheeses and lunch meats. Some strange and different delicacies that can be found in this market are chocolate-covered grasshoppers and bumble bees in soy sauce. This market is located in the French Quarter at 923 Decatur St.
9. Gaylord India

Answer: Chicago, Illinois

The chefs at the Gaylord prepare foods from different regions of India in clay ovens called "tandoors." They have been open since 1972 and are located at 100 E Walton Street, Chicago.
10. Gaido's

Answer: Galveston, Texas

This restaurant sits facing the Gulf of Mexico at 3828 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX. They offer many interesting appetizers to start off your meal. The shrimp, flounder, catfish and Galveston bay oysters are from the waters off Galveston Island. They are prepared using styles such as traditional southern deep-frying, Southwest open-flame grilling and rich Creole flavors.

Their chicken, pork, and steak are all farm raised and prepared to your liking. End your meal with one of their famous desserts.
