This is a reference to the first "Pirates Of The Caribbean" movie, when Elizabeth destroyed all of their rum in order to escape the island they had been marooned on.

2. Who whips Will on the Flying Dutchman?

Answer: Bootstrap Bill Turner

He does this so that Will won't have to suffer the much harsher whipping from Davy Jones' men. He is being whipped after an order is given for 'Mr Turner', and both he and Bootstrap Bill respond, causing an accident.

3. When cornered by the the tribe of cannibals, what does Jack sprinkle under his arms, claiming it is for a little seasoning?

Answer: Paprika

He does this after trying to escape from the tribe of cannibals who believe he is a god and want to cook him to release him from his human form. This is possibly one of the funniest things I ever saw Jack do!

4. Who gets Davy Jones' heart in the end?

Answer: Beckett

Will, Jack and Norrington are all fighting over who gets the heart, resulting in Jack getting it and hiding it in his jar of dirt. Norrington, though, steals it while Jack is fighting Davy Jones' men, and gives it to Beckett in return for a full pardon.

For some reason, though, it doesn't point to anything in particular for Jack, even though he desperately wants to find Davy Jones' heart and save his soul.

This infuriates Elizabeth as she tries to ignore her feelings towards Jack, which Norrington pointed out to her. This culminates in what the script describes as the kiss to end all kisses, that has been building since Jack and Elizabeth first met.

He says this after Elizabeth finally kisses him before chaining him to the Black Pearl to give the rest of the crew a chance to escape the Kraken. Jack escapes the chains but finally accepts his responsibilty and faces the Kraken, swords blazing, before it destroys both him and the Black Pearl.
