We learn the details of first contact through a conversation between Londo and Garibaldi. It turns out that the Centauri tried to con the humans into believing that Earth was a lost Centauri colony and that the Centauri practically ran the entire galaxy.

This, of course, wasn't true as we learn through differences in anatomy. This however, was not an alien races' first contact with Earth. We know that both the Vree and the Vorlons have visited Earth and made a lasting impression. The Vorlons created telepaths ("Secrets of the Soul") and the Vree abducted humans for further study ("Grail").

Answer: Raghesh 3

Raghesh 3 is a Centauri agricultural colony. The outpost in quadrant 27 is a listening post near the borders of Narn space used by the Centauri to keep an eye on Narn activities. In his youth, Londo fought in the Battle of Frallus 12. Immolan V is another Centauri colony.

Answer: Carn

Carn Mollari appears to be a favorite with Londo since he pulled strings to keep Carn out of the military and got him the position on Ragesh 3. Londo feels personally responsible for this threat to Carn since he put him there to keep him safe.

Answer: Marie Crane

This is a crucial presidential race. Perhaps if Marie Crane had won, the Earth Civil War would not have happened since Clark would not have been in a position to take over the government. However, he might have had a backup plan in case Santiago did not get elected.

Here is Ivanova's rather unorthodox reasoning behind her choice: "I think I'll vote for Marie Crane...I do not like Santiago. I always thought that a leader should have a strong chin. He has no chin and his vice-president has several.

This, to me, is not a good combination."

Answer: Sinclair

Sinclair says this line during a discussion with Ivanova about the attack (before it was known that the Narn were responsible). Ivanova suggests that the Minbari might be responsible, but Sinclair defends them by saying that they are too honorable to pull a sneak attack like that. Ivanova is surprised that Sinclair can have that attitude since he fought in the Earth-Minbari War.

He replies with the above line, explaining that since he fought the Minbari, he knows the Minbari better.

Answer: Talia

Talia Winters, the new commercial telepath assigned to Babylon 5, has recently arrived on the station. It is her responsibility to report her arrival to the second in command. Ivanova rudely dismisses her: "Then, if you'll excuse me, but I'm in the middle of 15 things, all of them annoying. Thank you for coming by." We later learn that Ivanova hates Psi Corps telepaths since they were partly responsible for the death of her mother (who was forced to take sleepers to disable her telepathic abilities, which led to depression and eventually suicide).

Answer: Vir

Dr. Franklin does not arrive on the station until "Soul Hunter." Na'Toth and Lennier do not arrive until "Parliament of Dreams." Vir is the only aid to an ambassador present on the station in this episode.

Answer: Raiders

The subplot to this episode is a string of raider attacks on cargo ships in the area. The raiders are using stolen files that contain flight plans and jumpgate information for ships that used that particular trading company. Sinclair captures the raiders and finds that their weapons were supplied by Narns, and the Narn representative at the raider base has proof that the Narns attacked Ragesh 3.

Answer: dying people

Sinclair goes to Ambassador Kosh to ask his opinions on the Ragesh 3 incident. The quote above is his response. Sinclair asks which race, the Narn or the Centauri, he is referring to. Kosh merely replies "Yes."

Answer: Delenn

Garibaldi's second favorite thing is Daffy Duck cartoons, particularly the "Duck Dodger" series. He and Delenn are sitting in his quarters, watching the cartoons. Garibaldi offers her popcorn, which she accepts. It turns out that Delenn does not like popcorn, nor does she understand the humor of the cartoons, but Garibaldi is oblivious to this.
