Insulted by the amount, Jimmy assures HHM that Chuck will not be returning to work due to his ailment and demands a rather large severance package of 17 million dollars, but is denied his request. Jimmy leaves, but not before seeing a familiar face. Who has stopped into HHM to hire them for their services?
8. After his strikeout at HHM, Jimmy goes to visit his brother Chuck who has been holed up at his house ever since his "ailment". We see that Chuck uses gas lamps for lighting and working on a typewriter in lieu of a computer. Moreover, Jimmy is seen bringing bags of ice and dumping it into a cooler which is being used instead of a refrigerator. Chuck also asks Jimmy if he did a specific thing before coming into the house. What is Jimmy supposed to do before entering Chuck's house?
9. Desperate for money, Jimmy is determined to get the Kettlemans to hire him as their lawyer, so he enlists the help of the skateboarding brothers use their scamming skills to go after Betsy Kettleman, the idea being that the brothers will stage an accident with Mrs. Kettleman and her car. Jimmy is hoping that he can help her settle out of court and the Kettlemans will be so grateful that they will drop HHM and hire him instead. The accident goes according to plan, but with one hitch. What happens to the car that hits the skateboarding brother?
10. Jimmy rushes to the site of where Mrs. Kettleman's car is and notices the two skateboards left by the brothers near the driveway where the car is parked. Jimmy knocks on the door and demands that whoever is inside to open up and that he is an officer of the court. However, when the door opens he is not greeted by Betsy Kettleman.
