Kopache, born on October 17th, 1945 in Manchester, New Hampshire guest starred as Bob Slatterly, the Assistant Secretary of State. He played the part for a total of fourteen episodes. He has also guest starred on the TV series', "Boston Legal", "Gilmore Girls" and "Cold Case."
