Answer: Main computer

Although the mobile emitter is important, Voyager needs the main computer in order to run the ship! Janeway went down to the surface with Tuvok where they found the mobile emitter - being used by DaVinci (from Janeway's holodeck program). Janeway and Davinci then go all over the place trying to find the main computer that was stolen - and end up running from some hostile aliens using DaVinci's flying machine. Thank God he finally got the design right or else Janeway and DaVinci would have gone headfirst into the ground.

The maturation chambers help the future drones age faster so they will be able to serve the Borg. In "Collective," Voyager encounters a group of neo-natal drones that had been 'released' from their maturation chambers early when the ship they were on went haywire.

We learn in "Caretaker" that Mark was taking care of Janeway's pregnant dog. Later in the first season, Janeway 'dreams up' Mark and we viewers find out she likes being kissed on her neck under her ear. In "Hunters", she received a 'Dear John' letter from Mark where we find out that he was in love with someone else. In "Jetrel," the scientist who designed the weapon asks for Voyager's help to restore the lives of those who were killed. Although unsuccessful, this did help Neelix confront his past and ultimately forgives Jetrel.

Chakotay, B'Elanna and Paris had all been Maquis, although Paris had been captured and was serving time in New Zealand when we first see him. Tuvok, although first seen in the series aboard Chakotay's ship, was a member of Janeway's crew working undercover.
The Maquis took their name from the French resistance movement during World War II, which we see in the episode "The Killing Game."

Answer: Marseille

Marseille is also the city that was the setting of his holodeck program that re-created Sandrine's, which was the cafe that everyone played pool in.

The Doctor was sent to the Alpha Quadrant and landed in a Starfleet ship that had been taken over by Romulans. The Doctor, along with EMH-2, overthrew the Romulans and kept the ship intact until it was retrieved by a Starfleet vessel.

In his medicine bundle, Chakotay had a carved rock, his akoonah and the wing of a blackbird. The objects in one's medicine bundle were supposed to represent oneself, as we learn in "Mortal Coil."

Before this episode, the Doctor was confined to the holodeck or sickbay. Once he received his mobile emitter, he was able to go anywhere he pleased and it wasn't long before he went on his first real away mission. (His first away mission was in the episode "Heroes and Demons" when he went to the holodeck for the first time.)

Molly was an Irish Setter. When she was about to leave for the Badlands in "Caretaker," Mark told her that Molly was pregnant and that he would take care of her at his house.

The hips comment is because it's an offensive gesture to the Tak Tak, a species Neelix and Janeway had been with. When they returned to the ship, they found the crew unconscious and these huge bugs running around the ship. After Neelix gets bitten, Janeway figures out the bugs are attracted to the holodeck. So she turns on the holodeck and makes a big bug-bomb that will kill all the bugs so she can revive the crew.

Captain Miller was an American who was helping to liberate the French town. Katrine took him to the Klingon simulation where she warned him not to drink what the Klingons offered in the canteen as it was stronger than whiskey.

The Mari outlawed violent thoughts because it led to crime. However, there were some who traded the illicit thoughts and memories. Tuvok infiltrates the group and finds the man who stole B'Elanna's thought and was disseminating it, leading to violence on the planet.

Answer: Moonlight Becomes You

Seven hated singing for the Germans - especially the one Hirogen that took a fancy to her (or at least her singing). When she decided she did not want to sing, Katrine (also known as Janeway) told her she had to in order to keep the Germans happy. Keeping them happy was important as Katrine didn't want to give away that the cafe (Le Coeur de Lion) was actually the headquarters for the French Resistance.

Chakotay, feeling responsible, goes off on his own to try and solve the problem. At the end of the episode, Janeway tells Chakotay what he did was stupid, as how is she supposed to get the other members of the crew to obey her when even her first officer won't?

Harry fell in love with the character and then found Tuvok spending time with her. Unfortunately for both of them, Marayna was actually a person on a space station who had found out how to tap into Voyager's systems in order to not be so lonely.

Neelix is left alone in the dark, damaged vessel. Eventually, Tuvok comes to guide him to safety, but there's only one oxygen mask and Tuvok is wounded. While the pair is missing, Harry says that he shouldn't have told Neelix to stay in the mess hall, but Janeway reassures him that he was just doing what he was taught and had no way of knowing Neelix would be in danger.

Answer: Malon

The Malon were not as advanced as Voyager as their engines were not as efficient and produced waste. Janeway offered to help them design better engines, but the Malon Voyager encountered refused - they were all 'garbage men' and would lose their jobs if they took the technology.

In the episode "Night," Voyager finds out the Malon had been poisoning beings in the void as they used it to dump their waste.

Answer: Mortal Coil

Neelix died, but Seven uses some Borg technology to bring him back to life. As Neelix had not seen his people's version of the afterlife, he becomes upset and goes on a vision quest to see what was going on. Convinced that the vision quest meant that he was supposed to have died, he decides to commit suicide. Luckily, Chakotay finds him just in time and convinces Neelix that he was interpreting the vision quest wrong and that the crew needed Neelix.

Mezoti usually had a braid in her hair and even offered to help Naomi put a braid in her own hair. For her science fair project, she worked on a hive that had drones and a queen.

Answer: Mokra Order

The wife of the man who rescued Janeway was imprisoned by the Mokra Order. Unfortunately, she had died in prison and his daughter (whom he believed Janeway was) had been killed trying to rescue her mother.

She stole the food out of Neelix's pantry to make it for him. Apparently, it's his favourite soup and she was pretty upset when he got mad at her for taking the food.

The planet that she was stranded on was not technologically advanced. The playwright thought Torres was one of the gods and used her story to try and promote peace while Torres made a fantastic exit as she was transported away, in front of an amphitheater full of people.
