"Eight is Enough" - "Seven Days in February" Quiz

Tommy finally did end up being the first caller. The only problem was the radio station had run out of tickets an hour ago Tommy was rewarded with two t-shirts.

But no one really liked the food and the boys ended up having an intense discussion that drove the family out of the dining room.

He didn't want to kill it, but had to as growing marijuana was illegal. David offered to take the plant, thus sparing Tom the duty of killing the plant. Tom was able to cut off the plant, and the family quickly took the 'remains' out of Tom's sight.

Nancy believed she was in love and confessed she was thinking about converting to Judaism. Nancy even visited a rabbi who gave her a couple books on Jewish law to read.

Joanie's boyfriend wrote plays. She was finally able to convince him to let her read the play and she said she liked it. He ended up saying that it didn't mean much as she was 'only' an actress and he was one who created. Actresses, in his opinion, only showed up for rehearsals and did as the director told them.

Nancy's date got a grant to study at Stanford, so he was moving to San Francisco. Nancy was upset because he didn't intend to take her with him - she thought she'd move up to San Francisco with him and get married, but he wasn't ready for that yet. Neither of them really broke up with each other (at least in this episode) - it was just left that they'd stay in contact and she would come up and visit him in San Francisco.
