A little background into 'Rascals' is before Lurin attacked the Enterprise, he and his gang stole two Klingon B'rels from Qualor II, armed them, and used them to ambush the Enterprise and a Federation science vessel in orbit of Lagos VII. With the ship helpless, the Ferengi beamed aboard and locked the Enterprise crew in the nursery with Alexander before beaming all the adults off except Riker, who they held hostage on the Bridge. Riker locked out the computer and was forced to give in to Lurin's demands.

Answer: Captain Picard and Keiko

First things first, they need to beam the Ferengi off the ship. Captain Picard uses a toy car he borrowed from Alexander to lure the Ferengi at the controls into the hall. Once they got the Ferengi out, Captain Picard places his combadge on the car (this will be used later). Keiko then opens the weapons locker using Miles's codes and gets the phasers, while Captain Picard places a forcefield on the transporter and activates the weapons deactivation subroutine.

The trap is now set, but now they need to rescue Riker for it to work.

Answer: Ensign Ro and Guinan

Ensign Ro and Guinan will serve as the bait. Once the transporter is activated they will sneak into Engineering and tag the Ferengi. Now they wait.

Answer: Alexander

The plan is worthless without the hyposprays, which are locked in the medical locker in Sickbay. Alexander will take this job. Sneaking into Sickbay, he taps the glass and lures the Ferengi into the hall before using Dr. Crusher's codes to unlock the medical locker and gets the hyposprays. With everything ready they still need to rescue Riker or the plan will not work.

Answer: He pretended to be his son

Captain Picard pretends to be Riker's son and sends him a coded message to unlock the computer and give administrative control to Captain Picard. Riker gets the message and unlocks the computer. One by one the Ferengi are beamed off the ship into Transporter Room 3, and Keiko takes out the one in the hall. Captain Picard than goes to the Bridge, and he and Riker take out Morta and Lurin, with Captain Picard telling Lurin to get out of his chair and office. With the siege over, Enterprise is back under Captain Picard's command.

Answer: She has O'Brien beam them and their DNA into the pattern buffer

When the shuttle Fermi was trapped in a molecular field, it reverted the shuttle and the Enterprise crew to the way they were at age 12. The Fermi was destroyed, but the Enterprise crew were turned into kids. Dr. Crusher used Keiko's plants, and put them in a growth chamber to return them to their proper age.

She tells Riker and O'Brien her plan, which involves beaming the Enterprise crew into the pattern buffer with their DNA and theoretically they should return to normal. The plan worked and everyone was returned to their proper age except Ensign Ro, who spent a day as a kid before she was returned to normal.

This same plan was used to cure Dr. Pulaski years earlier when she was infected with an aging virus in 'Unnatural Selection'.

Answer: Romulans

Lurin tells Riker he plans to sell the Enterprise on the Romulan black market, and he threatens Riker that he will kill everyone onboard if Riker does not cooperate. Fortunately, Lurin and his men were arrested and sent to a Ferengi prison for piracy.

Answer: Worf

Worf got knocked out by Morta when he tried to disarm the Ferengi and was sent to Sickbay and missed much of the action. Two years later he was reminded by Odo about the incident in 'Bar Association' when a Dopterian robbed his and Dax's quarters on Deep Space 9. Odo also reminded him of another security lapse where he messed up 'A Matter of Time', where Berlinghoff Rasmussen stole a time pod from Captain Braxton, and tried to kidnap Data after he tried to robbed Worf's quarters but was stopped.

Answer: Keiko ordering coffee

This is the seventh time the O'Briens needed marriage counseling, and is a major sub plot of "The Next Generation" and "Deep Space Nine". What started this argument was Keiko ordering them coffee. Miles then pulled away and told her that she was a child, but it turned into an argument and Keiko started having second thoughts about her marriage and Molly could not recognize her mom. Miles tells Keiko that Dr. Crusher is working on the cure but it does not help. Keiko walks out and Miles has to read Molly her story. Dr. Crusher managed to recover Keiko's DNA and she was turned back to normal. Weeks after this episode, Enterprise pulls into port at Deep Space Nine and the O'Briens are dropped off to live on the station.

Answer: He put his slimy boots on Captain Picard's desk

Four times Lurin is messing around with Captain Picard's belongings. The first time Lurin put his slimy Ferengi boots on Picard's desk (Picard had to wipe it down), the second time Lurin was playing with the fish tank (Picard had to wipe the glass), the third time Lurin was playing with the models (Picard had to move them to a glass case), and the final time Lurin was playing with the tablet Captain Picard came in with a phaser and told him to get out of his chair and get out of his office.
