For the players who were playing on the Edge of Extinction, they could use the fire tokens to buy either food or advantage during future challenges. Tyson felt that he needed the much-needed energy for future challenges, so he bought himself a jar of peanut butter.

Answer: Denise played the immunity idol that she bought from Sandra.

Prior to the Tribal Council, Sandra realized that fire tokens might play a very important role in the game. Realizing that she had none, she came up with a plan to sell her immunity idol to Denise for two fire tokens, to which Denise agreed. However, Denise would pay Sandra one fire token before the Tribal Council, and she would only give Sandra the second fire token after the Tribal Council.

At Tribal Council, Denise played the immunity idol. She received four votes from Jeremy, Kim, Sandra, and Tony. However, these four votes were not counted. In the end, Sandra, who received the sole vote from Denise, was voted out of the game. Sandra bequeathed her fire token to Yul.

Answer: Queen

Sandra also commented, "I'm not good at the challenges. Everybody knows that. So I feel like I would be wasting my time to get back in the game, which I'm not going to succeed at." She then decided to raise the sail on the Edge, signifying that she would be removed from the game completely and hence, did not stand a chance to win the two million dollars prize money.

Answer: Sarah and Sophie

Nick knew about Yul's plan and it was at this point that he realized that Yul was a very strategic and dangerous player. At Tribal Council, Yul received three votes from Michele, Nick, and Wendell. Yul voted for Wendell. Leaving the game, Yul bequeathed his two fire tokens to Sarah and Sophie.

Answer: Tyson

The challenge was a close match between Tyson and Rob. In the end, it was Tyson who won the challenge and he made it back into the game, joining the newly formed Koru tribe.

Answer: Jeremy and Denise

The host Jeff announced that there would be two individual immunity necklaces up for grab for the immunity challenge. They would be rewarded to the last man and last woman left standing in the game. Jeremy and Denise emerged victorious and won the immunity necklaces.

Answer: It was Nick's birthday.

Sarah felt like it was a nice gesture to let Nick enjoy the meal on his birthday. However, her move shocked Jeff and the other players.

Answer: In front of the voting podium

Adam noticed that the shape of the fleur-de-lis insignia on the voting podium had the same design as the split immunity idol that Denise showed him. At Tribal Council, Adam told Jeff that he would like to "play" that immunity idol, but was disappointed when he was informed by Jeff that the insignia was not an immunity idol.

Answer: The players at camp, as well as the players on the Edge

The first half of the episode featured visits from the players' loved ones, both at camp, as well as on the Edge. On the Edge, Natalie noticed that there was a boat approaching their island. Rob and Nathan said that it won't be anything good, but much to their surprise and delight, they also received visits from their loved ones.

Answer: Michele played her "flip a coin" advantage.

At Tribal Council, pandemonium broke out when Jeremy played his "safety without power" advantage. He left the Tribal Council and was safe. Sarah also played her "steal a vote" advantage, where she chose to steal Denise's vote. After the votes were cast, Kim played her hidden immunity idol on Denise. In the end, it was Tyson who was voted out of the game.
