Answer: Kes

Kes was one of the first characters that the "Voyager" crew met in the Delta Quadrant, along with Neelix (a Talaxian). The Ocampa are a very short-lived race, with a lifespan of only nine years. Kes becomes an assistant to the Doctor while she journeyed with the crew.

At the start of "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine", it was commented that the Kai rarely saw anyone, however Kai Opaka was keen to meet Commander Sisko and declared him to be the Emissary.

Kai Opaka became stranded in the Gamma Quadrant and Vedek Winn Adami was elected as the new Kai.

Captain Archer and T'Pol had gone looking for the Syrrannites, believing them to be responsible for the bombing of the Earth embassy on Vulcan in which Admiral Forrest had died. They met a guide called Arev who died when he was hit by an electrical discharge from a sand fire storm.

Arev was actually Syrran himself and he managed to transfer the living spirit of Surak to Captain Archer just before he died. This enabled the Captain to locate the Kir'Shara and take it to the High Command.

Annorax had built a time ship with a weapon capable of eradicating species from existence. Voyager inadvertently entered Krenim space and they were confronted by a small Krenim ship, however this turned into a much larger and powerful vessel as the effects of one of Annorax's temporal incursions hit them.

Khitomer is located just inside Klingon space along their border with the Romulans. The First Khitomer Accords were signed there at Camp Khitomer in the year 2293. It was also the location of the Khitomer Massacre in 2346 when 4000 Klingon colonists were killed at an outpost by the Romulans.

When Keevan's ship crashed, most of the Ketracel-White was destroyed and he knew that the Jem'Hadar would kill him once this happened. He was taken prisoner by the Federation when Sisko and crew were rescued, however they permitted Quark to give him back to the Dominion in exchange for Quark's mother. Unfortunately, Quark's cousin, Gaila, accidentally killed Keevan before the exchange took place.
