Question 1 of 10
1. Pinhead's weapon of choice for basic attacks is simple yet very thematically appropriate. What is Pinhead's basic attack weapon? Hint

Question 2 of 10
2. Pinhead comes with a fairly loaded power known as the "Summons of Pain." The main attraction here would be none other than the Lament Configuration, which poses a sort of Easter egg hunt of sorts, potentially for both sides as there are advantages for either side should they locate this small box on the ground. If Survivors do not locate it in time, or Pinhead finds it first, a Chain Hunt will begin. Which of the following best describes a Chain Hunt? Hint

Question 3 of 10
3. One aspect of Summons of Pain which more directly benefits Pinhead in chase would be a "Possessed Chain." What is the difference between a Possessed Chain and a regular Chain? Hint

Question 4 of 10
4. In order to put a stop to Chain Hunts, Survivors need to locate and solve the Lament Configuration. Upon doing so and beginning to solve it, the Pinhead player will get an enormous series of auditory and visual indicators as to where the solving process is taking place. One option to arrive upon the location of the solving then presents itself. What can Pinhead do while the Lament Configuration is being solved? Hint

Question 5 of 10
5. Every Killer gets three teachable perks that, when acquired, can be given to other Killers. Pinhead's first perk in that regard will call upon the Entity to block off the generator with the most amount of repair progress once another generator is finished. What perk is this? Hint

Question 6 of 10
6. Pinhead's second teachable perk will activate a maximum of once per Survivor, and it will trigger once said Survivor is being hooked for the first time. After doing so, if there is a dull totem remaining on the map, it will become lit and this Hex perk will afflict them the Oblivious status effect until it is cleansed or blessed. For the first 90 seconds, only the afflicted Survivor may interact with this totem, and the Entity will block anyone else from doing so. What perk is this? Hint

Question 7 of 10
7. Pinhead's third teachable perk was the first Scourge Hook perk introduced to the game. When hooking a Survivor on one of four Scourge Hooks when using this perk, they will be afflicted with the Hemorrhage and Mangled status effects- should they decide to heal before getting hit by the Killer again, they'll receive moderate action speed debuff until the next time they're injured in any way.

What perk is this?
Hint

Question 8 of 10
8. This add-on, an Ultra Rare, will cause Pinhead's Possessed Chains to injure healthy Survivors. However, it will only spawn a single additional chain instead of the usual three to target a chained Survivor when used on an already injured one. It also causes Pinhead's recovery time returning from using Possessed Chains to increase. What add-on is this? Hint

Question 9 of 10
9. Pinhead's second Ultra Rare add-on will hide the aura of the idle Lament Configuration from Survivors until they get quite close to it. This will deactivate if a Chain Hunt begins at any point.

What add-on is this?
Hint

Question 10 of 10
10. When traveling around the map, Pinhead will appear to simply casually walk even when in chase with a Survivor. Having said that, his base movement speed is deceptively fast. Juxtaposed to a Survivor's base run speed, how fast does Pinhead move at base? Hint

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Pinhead's weapon of choice for basic attacks is simple yet very thematically appropriate. What is Pinhead's basic attack weapon?

Answer: The Hook & Chain

In game, it is said that Pinhead 'wields them with thrill'. Survivors, who are going from being hung on hooks to getting basically smacked by one, probably aren't so thrilled themselves.

Answer: Survivors will relentlessly be pelted with Chains

In this context, Chains will greatly slow Survivors down as well as interrupt them if they were performing an action, such as repairing a generator, healing a teammate or interacting with a totem. During a Chain Hunt, these chains will target all Survivors relentlessly until someone manages to locate the Lament Configuration and solves it.
3. One aspect of Summons of Pain which more directly benefits Pinhead in chase would be a "Possessed Chain." What is the difference between a Possessed Chain and a regular Chain?

Answer: The player controls where a Possessed Chain goes

In order to fire a Possessed Chain, Pinhead will extend his arm using the same button that would initiate a special attack. The player will see a light blue indicator while they hold this button down. When they let go of the button, control shifts away from Pinhead and into a Gateway where the Possessed Chain is shot from. From there, another button press fires the Possessed Chain, which the player essentially 'drives'. They'll have a few seconds after firing it to connect it to another Survivor, which will hen spawn three other chains directly on top of them, greatly slowing them down until removed.

Survivors attacked by a Possessed Chain will briefly be Incapacitated, and cannot really do anything until they've removed the chains. Notably, should Pinhead manage to down someone right as they tried to leave through the Exit Gates who had been hit by a Possessed Chain, the Entity will block them from escaping just long enough for Pinhead to finish the cooldown of his basic attack, and then pick the Survivor up off the ground.

Gateways can be spawned through walls, meaning Pinhead can use Possessed Chains to harass Survivors on a different floor on, say, Midwich Elementary School.

Answer: Teleport to the location

Owing to his origin of the "Hellraiser" franchise, Pinhead can arrive at the same location the Survivors is if the player elects to teleport over to them. Doing this immediately halts an ongoing Chain Hunt, or cuts off the progress towards one, and briefly removes the Lament Configuration from the field as well.
5. Every Killer gets three teachable perks that, when acquired, can be given to other Killers. Pinhead's first perk in that regard will call upon the Entity to block off the generator with the most amount of repair progress once another generator is finished. What perk is this?

Answer: Deadlock

Deadlock is a simple beast which does exactly what it says, no randomness or particular counter play to be had. It requires no input from the Killer using it, as it will activate on its own freely. Because of its useful, straightforward application, it can be used to decent effect by pretty much anyone. Worth noting is that a generator blocked by Deadlock can still be blown up by perks such as Jolt or Eruption, but will not begin to passively regress until the perk wears off and the generator is no longer being blocked.

Answer: Hex: Plaything

Hex: Plaything became somewhat unique for being just the second Hex totem to not actually be assigned to a totem before the game began, joining No One Escapes Death in that distinction. The Oblivious status effect will prevent the Survivor from hearing a Terror Radius or being effected by Terror Radius based perks such as Infectious Fright or Unnerving Presence; Killers seeking to use these perks may wish to refrain from using Hex: Plaything, but otherwise, it can be pretty solid on a non-stealth Killer in general.

Answer: Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain

Gift of Pain fit in quite decently to the game when it launched, as shortly after Pinhead joined the game, the Survivor Mikaela Reid did too, bringing with her the incredibly powerful Boon: Circle of Healing perk. This perk made healing much more accessible, which benefitted Gift of Pain by making the action speed debuff likelier to take place.

Answer: Engineer's Fang

The Engineer's Fang is an incredible add-on which makes injuring Survivors extremely easy. On maps such as Midwich or The Game, Pinhead will now be able to injure Survivors who were on entirely different floors than him, which is incredibly strong. The downside of making Possessed Chains significantly weaker at doing anything else is more than a fair price to pay.
9. Pinhead's second Ultra Rare add-on will hide the aura of the idle Lament Configuration from Survivors until they get quite close to it. This will deactivate if a Chain Hunt begins at any point. What add-on is this?

Answer: Iridescent Lament Configuration

The Iridescent Lament Configuration is quite consistent at causing Chain Hunts to happen, which by itself gives it quite a bit of merit. Using information perks such as Barbecue & Chilli, it's quite possible to find a Survivor who has walked close enough to see the location of the box making their way over to solve it, making it likelier that Pinhead can interrupt this action. Thus, the add-on is quite solid.
10. When traveling around the map, Pinhead will appear to simply casually walk even when in chase with a Survivor. Having said that, his base movement speed is deceptively fast. Juxtaposed to a Survivor's base run speed, how fast does Pinhead move at base?

Answer: 115%

Pinhead moves at 'basic Killer movement speed'- a rate of 4.6 meters per second. Despite Nemesis charging or Ghost Face breaking out into a sprint when in chase, Pinhead is able to move just as fast as them despite visually appearing to just walk nonchalantly everywhere he goes.
