Question 7 of 10
7. If you've decided to play as the Trapper and have just begun a game, you will probably feel pressured to locate and set your traps quickly before the Survivors can begin making progress. Therefore, you'd want this add-on to increase your trap setting speed.

What add-on would that be?
Hint

Question 8 of 10
8. Naturally, once Trapper catches someone in his trap, he may feel inclined to get there quickly before they free themselves and get away. However, with this add-on, Trapper can let the Survivor do the work for him.

Which add-on will cause Survivors to down themselves if they free themselves from a trap?
Hint

Question 9 of 10
9. If you're playing Survivor, and you notice one of Trapper's traps seem to set itself, you may think the Trapper player is hacking. In actuality, that's the result of an Iridescent add-on the Trapper player has packed. What is it? Hint

Question 10 of 10
10. Most Killers in this game have what is called "115% movement speed" which is their speed advantage over a Survivor, vital to eventually winning chases. Is Trapper's movement speed at 115% that of the Survivors?

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. He's not called the 'Trapper' for nothing, as his game is unsurprisingly based around setting deadly traps for Survivors to step in. Not counting extra benefits conveyed by add-ons, what will happen to a Survivor who steps into one of his traps?

Answer: They will be temporarily stuck in place and will be injured

The Trapper's grisly bear traps are about as simplistic and deadly as could be. He can place these traps down at pallet loops to cut off a Survivor's ability to escape him. He can also place them down around generators, hex totems, or hooked Survivors with the hopes of tripping up and preventing the progress of the opposing team.
2. The Trapper's base melee weapon of choice is fittingly gruesome and simplistic. Not counting alternate cosmetics, what is it?

Answer: A cleaver

This lengthy, rusty, bloodied slab of steel is perhaps the most gorey looking weapon in the game. It doesn't actually do any more or less damage on it's own than any other weapon by default, but it earns bonus points in our hearts for coolness.
3. Every Killer in the game gets three unique perks which they have access to by default. The first one for the Trapper, which may be unlocked as a teachable for all other killers at level 30, is designed to hinder nearby Survivors by making skill checks more frequent and harder to succeed at. What is it?

Answer: Unnerving Presence

Definitely not the most effective perk to actually use on The Trapper, unfortunately. However, those who use the Doctor a lot may wish to acquire this perk as a teachable, as his massive terror radius can make use of it to the max.
4. The Trapper's second perk, acquired as a teachable at level 35, makes breaking pallets, walls and damaging generators faster. What is it?

Answer: Brutal Strength

This perk is not a bad choice for most Killers in the game, Trapper included. The ability to smash pallets faster can come in handy when chasing a Survivor, as Killers in general are on a very pressuring timer to begin with.
5. Trapper's third and final perk, teachable at level 40, makes him more efficient at hooking Survivors due to granting him increased speed when carrying one. What is it?

Answer: Agitation

This perk would be particularly effective for gimmicky but workable basement builds, enabling any Killer who uses the perk to have an easier time arranging their setup. In general, it can also help fight back against angsty survivor teams, with their flashlights at the ready, who may not be prepared for the Trapper to move so quickly.
6. One of Trapper's most well known add-ons is also an Iridescent. Historically, this add-on has mainly been used to deter Survivors from disarming his traps, punishing healthy ones with injury if they do. What is it?

Answer: Bloody Coil

This add-on is useful against skilled Survivors, who might think to disarm traps placed at loops. It unfortunately will not hurt Survivors who were injured to begin with, but it will still give a Loud Noise notification so the Trapper might be able to locate them to finish them off.
7. If you've decided to play as the Trapper and have just begun a game, you will probably feel pressured to locate and set your traps quickly before the Survivors can begin making progress. Therefore, you'd want this add-on to increase your trap setting speed. What add-on would that be?

Answer: Trapper Gloves

These gloves will make Trapper set traps faster, enabling him to make progress faster. Simply put, this add-on is worth running for that reason.
8. Naturally, once Trapper catches someone in his trap, he may feel inclined to get there quickly before they free themselves and get away. However, with this add-on, Trapper can let the Survivor do the work for him. Which add-on will cause Survivors to down themselves if they free themselves from a trap?

Answer: Honing Stone

This add-on artificially adds to the Trapper's ability to exert pressure across the entire map. Once Survivors are aware that they cannot escape a trap themselves without being downed, the game will slow down. Either another Survivor will have to head over and free the trapped Survivor, or Trapper will receive a free down.

In the former scenario, that's two Survivors who are unable to help make progress toward winning the game. For the latter, simply put, Trapper gets to make his own progress in a very timely manner.
9. If you're playing Survivor, and you notice one of Trapper's traps seem to set itself, you may think the Trapper player is hacking. In actuality, that's the result of an Iridescent add-on the Trapper player has packed. What is it?

Answer: Iridescent Stone

This add-on will help to potentially counter Survivors who disarm traps the Trapper has placed to cut off loops, as these may end up simply resetting themselves after 30 seconds. It is at random, so it isn't particularly reliable, but if an unset trap resets itself at a timely moment, The Trapper could benefit from it in a big way.
10. Most Killers in this game have what is called "115% movement speed" which is their speed advantage over a Survivor, vital to eventually winning chases. Is Trapper's movement speed at 115% that of the Survivors?

Answer: Yes

If it wasn't, Trapper would be at a disadvantage as a killer who mainly secures hits and downs with his melee attack and only sometimes is aided by his traps. Thankfully, because he is a 115% movement speed Killer, running down Survivors in an open field isn't an issue for him.
