Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The Doctor

Answer: Iridescent King

Introduced in the "Spark of Madness" expansion, The Doctor came with some unique mechanics which allowed him to drive Survivors to madness, increasing their skill checks and causing notifications for Killers in-game to help him locate and...erm...treat them properly.

The Iridescent King, a chess piece, is the only ultra rare add-on for the character. Nearly all of The Doctor's other add-ons are file types ("Calm", "Discipline", "Restraint", etc.) and they generally have an effect on what the Survivor sees or does on a map.

The Iridescent King powers up The Doctor's shock attack so that they can be applied-- all of them-- at random upon any shock hit.
2. The Shape

Answer: Fragrant Tuft of Hair

The first licensed Killer of the game, The Shape actually came with two ultra rare add-ons-- the Fragrant Tuft of Hair and Judith's Tombstone. Fans of the "Halloween" movie series would likely recognize the name since Judith was Michael's sister and first victim. The Fragrant Tuft of Hair allows Michael to use the third tier of his Evil Within ability, making Survivors indefinitely exposed, but at great charge cost. Judith's Tombstone, on the other hand, allows him to kill Survivors outright when he reaches Evil Within Tier III.

When combined, the two items create a lethal Killer which, to be fair, only activates his greatest powers if the Survivors are too slow to act.
3. The Huntress

Answer: Iridescent Head

The Huntress' main abilities centre around being able to throw projectiles, specifically hatchets, at varying distances, so it's unsurprising that her ultra rare add-on gives the player the chance to really capitalize off good aim. The Iridescent Head, when placed onto The Huntress' axes, allow her to down Survivors with one successful hit instead of simply injuring them.

It's unsurprising that, because of this, she only has one ultra-rare add-on. All of the rest, for the most part, affect statuses to the Survivors (mangled, bleeding, etc.) or affect reload or replenishment time. New hatchets, of course, can be found in any locker on the map, and that's important to note since with this add-on you can only carry a maximum of one at a time.
4. The Spirit

Answer: Father's Glasses

Appearing in the 'Shattered Bloodline' chapter in 2018, The Spirit became one of the Killers more associated with jump-scares than others due to her ability to phase into the spirit world and appear elsewhere during her teleportation. As such, her items generally bolster her ability to stay in the other realm or affect how Survivors regard her. Father's Glasses, one of her two ultra rare add-ons, allows her to see blood trails while in the spirit world; normally, she can't see Survivors at all (because they're not dead).

The other add-on, the Mother-Daughter Ring, increases her move speed tremendously in the spirit realm. More frightening, perhaps, is her Prayer Beads Bracelet, simply a 'very rare' add-on, which makes it so that all Survivors outside the Killer's terror radius can hear the phasing sound.
5. The Clown

Answer: Redhead's Pinky Finger

The Clown's abilities involve an item in his possession known as the Afterpiece Tonic, a toxic brew which, when thrown, creates a cloud of purple fog that causes any Survivor within its range to cough and slow down. Due to this Killer's penchant for cutting off peoples' fingers, his ultra rare add-ons are thus finger-based.

The Redhead's Pinky Finger, like the Huntress' Iridescent Head, causes Survivors hit with his projectile to take on the exposed status ailment (though in The Clown's case he still needs to hit them with his melee attack to down them) while Tattoo's Middle Finger, his other ultra rare, allows him to see Survivor auras for a short time after they're hit with his tonic's cloud.
6. The Trapper

Answer: Iridescent Stone

Trappy's Iridescent Stone refers to his trap's sharpening stone, and while in the past this item was used to immediately down any Survivor to land in his laid traps, updates have changed its ability, allowing his bear traps to automatically set-- one every thirty seconds-- without his needing to attend to them.

The former ability moved onto a very rare add-on simply known as the Honing Stone. The Trapper also has the Bloody Coil as an ultra rare add-on. It affects how long the Survivor takes to disarm and/or sabotage the trap, but it also injures them if they do so.
7. The Wraith

Answer: Coxcombed Clapper

The Wraith is a stealth-based Killer who can cloak himself using an item known as the Wailing Bell, allowing him to shift in and out of camouflage. This comes with challenges since being in camouflage prevents him from attacking Survivors, but it does allow him to move faster.

The Coxcombed Clapper is a helpful ultra rare for this Killer since it improves the stealth aspect, making the bell silent. His other ultra rare, the sigil known as '"All Seeing" - Spirit', allows him to see the intensity of generator auras, determining how far along they are on their way to completion and giving a bit more map awareness.
8. The Legion

Answer: Iridescent Button

A strikingly human Killer, The Legion is known for going into frenzies and attacking with great speed and dexterity. Able to vault windows and pallets like a Survivor, Legion bases his abilities around pursuit and greatly combats groups working together.

The Iridescent Button allows The Legion's terror radius to spread throughout the map for anyone who has been deeply wounded by their attacks and it allows them to break pallets while they vault them. Their other ultra rare, the Fuming Mix Tape, does the same thing as The Wraith's best sigil, indicating the progress of generators by their auras, though in The Legion's case, they can only be checked within a frenzy.
9. The Nightmare

Answer: Black Box

The Black Box is interesting in that at one time it immediately triggered Freddy Krueger's ability at the start of the match, instantly bringing all Survivors into the dream world without the need to pull them in via normal means from the get-go. Normally, Freddy would have had to put them to sleep manually.

This item also caused Freddy to take on an obsession. This changed, however, with later updates, instead becoming a Blood Warden extension by blocking Survivors in the dream world from leaving the exit gates for 15 seconds.

The Red Paint Brush, Freddy's other ultra rare, the Red Paint Brush, would take on the Black Box's old attributes instead.
10. The Pig

Answer: Rules Set No.2

One of The Pig's special abilities, coming from the "Saw" films, is to be able to place reverse bear traps onto Survivors, giving them other priorities while the game goes on (notably, forcing them to remove the trap before the timer counts down and snaps).

The ultra rare Rules Set No.2 makes this tougher, removing customary outlines to make it harder to find trap boxes containing keys that will free them from their head traps. The Pig's other ultra rare, Amanda's Letter, helps with the character's stealth aspect, making it so that she has less traps, but so that she can better sneak up on Survivors.
